 + 0 moreFrom the sales experience to the installation work was beyond our expectations. The installation crew was considerate, worked in an efficient manner, cleaned up after completion and instucted us on how to use the unit. The unit functions just like the sales person told us it would.

Description of Work: Plumbers arived exactly on scheduled time. Toilet was very slow refilling (over 10 min). They fixed a seal first then determined the problem was in the on/off valve. They replaced the inner workings of it and everything worked fine. | |Only complaint I have is the initial service charge fee is 80.00 vs 60.00 that most other area plumbers charge. However I would rather pay the extra 20.00 and have people on time and fix the problem.....

Description of Work: My Rheem Mfg Water Heater was only 3 months old (purchased Dec 2013-Menards). Rheem sent me the part needed & Colvins came out the very next day to do the servicing. Unfortunately it was more than just that particular part. Colvins contacted Rheem & had the ship another part. Colvins came out the day my part was shipped to me. Again, the part did not fix the water heater. Colvins & their service man did most all the communication with the Mfg Co. Colvins was very reasonable & prompt. I would most definitely recommend them with any heating/cooling services needed.

Description of Work: Repaired two broken pipes, started pump, cleared all faucets and drains, filled and light water heater.

 + 0 moreThey did a good job. They fixed the problem with my pilot light. I have had them out a few times for different issues. They are good about showing me a few little things for maintenances. There is usually no problem getting this business out to assist me. The owner has been out as well, and let me know that service did not need to be done. He saved me money. I appreciate the honesty.
Description of Work: They checked out my heating wall units to make sure it was working ok. I was having problems with my pilot light.
