Called yesterday for a service call on our air conditioning unit. The men arrived this morning and were very professional and friendly. They were able to fix the unit and the cost was less than we anticipated. I would not hesitate to call them for any heating and air conditioning problems

Went to take my shower the other morning and nothing but cold water. Checked the hot water heater and found it was leaking. Called Brian's plumbing and they were at my house in 1.5 hours and installed a replacement gas water heater.
Description of Work: Hot water heater failed. Needed a quick replacement.

I was moving into my home I had just bought and the Emerson wall heater had a pilot but no thermostat. I called my realtor who told me that Brian's had been out and fixed the heater for some $300.00. Apparently, yes it was operational but there was no thermostat attached so it could not be turned on! That would cost extra!!! So I called Brian's and the worker came out and put a thermostat on. However, the man was too large to fit through my attic door and run the wiring through the wall like it should be done. So, he placed the thermostat on my wall next to the heater and stapled the wire to the wall. It looks terrible and since its so close to the heater, it gets warm and shuts off when the house is still cold. This cost me $181.84. This summer I'll be moving the thermostat away from the heater and running the wires between the walls.

Description of Work: Had an emergency one evening called Brian's, We were without water. He asked if we were able to make it until 12:00 the next day as they had one in the morning. They showed up at 11:45 and completed the job within 1.5 hours work was excellent worker were courteous. I would hire them again if needed.

We had a water line and shower faucet freeze and break during an extreme cold snap. Brian's responded quickly and repaired both items quickly without charging us an arm and a leg to get this "emergency" repair completed.
Description of Work: Repaired 2 frozen water lines that broke, including replacing faucet fixture that froze and broke.
