He communicates clearly and relays information so a buyer can make a reasoned decisions. Never an alarmist, giving very factual information in his reports. Arrived on time, answered all questions, encouraged buyer to accompany him thru whole inspection. found 2 small problems, explained options to resolve them and my client was well pleased.
Description of Work: A full house inspection was done by Richard for one of my clients purchasing in Streling Heights. Richard did a thorough inspection of all the home's systems; electrical, heating, plumbing, roof, foundation, appliances remaining in the home, garage, driveway etc.

 + -1 moreJulie was great to work with as we sold my home! Always responsive to contact, lots of good help and advice and willing to go above and beyond to help get things done. I moved on short notice and left some unfinished cleanup at the house. Julie helped me to get that finished and then did a great job staging the home. Everyone agreed, it looked amazing in the listing and it showed as it sold right away. I'm extremely pleased from working with Julie and would recommend her to anyone!
