 + -1 moreThe install process was excellent. Warren their installer is completely professional and does a very nice and neat wiring job. He also didn't try to replace alarm wiring that was already in the house.
Description of Work: I received quotes from several alarm providers in the area. Pointe was the most professional and listened to my needs. I have complex home automation systems in my house so I wanted a system that would connect. Furthermore, I wanted a system that was easy for my wife to use. Tim was willing to come up with a solution for the Elk M1 System and I love it.
