+ -1 moreVery on top of everything - the tenant selection process, the legal procedures with the city, contract writing, property management during the lease, maintenance tasks, etc. The staff may seem pushy at first, but that is because of their long experience and knowledge. As the property owner, I was hands off and let the management company do its work.

+ 0 moreI am new to Grosse Pointe Park (as a Landlord) and I have to say that Anna and her staff have been much more than a business partner, the team is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile (contractor recommendation, legal advice, etc...) to satisfy their clients. If you are a lender, don't pretend that you know how to screen tenants, save yourself a lot of trouble and some $$ in the long run by working with Grosse Pointe Apartments and Property Management!
Description of Work: I worked with Anna on two different occasions. I am using their referral program (I am a landlord, she finds the tenants). She not only found fantastic tenants for my rental property but she also is VERY professional and VERY efficient.

+ -1 moreI called Anna back several times to find out if she was still willing to help me sell my property of if I should find another Realtor. I asked her to let me know, even if she wasn't interested in helping me. Anna never returned any of my calls.
Description of Work: Received an initial phone call back from Anna Bartolotta regarding her ability to sell my property. She said she was a licensed real estate broker in MI and could help me. She promised to send me comps for my property, but only sent 1 property comp.

Description of Work: They rent my apartments (only a few) for me. They screen the applicants, personal and financial, show my apartment and will also draw up the lease. They handle the lease signig and all I have to do is say hello to the new tenant. It's worth it to me to spend one months rent and avoid this part of the landlord hassle.
