It went very well . They showed up early. They are very thorough , did a good job in cleaning two chimneys , and recognizing any problems and fixed them . They were very neat . cleaned up after themselves before they leave . They are very polite . The price was reasonable. I would recommend them to other people and hire them again.

From start to finish Coachlight was outstanding. We bought a new house and wanted to make sure the wood burning fireplace was inspected and cleaned. From scheduling the appointment, to receiving a reminder of the appointment, to Tom doing an excellent job inspecting and sweeping the chimney and giving us helpful advice, every step was executed well. Tom also went above and beyond helping us with our gas fireplace. A+.

Tom Maynard (the owner/operator) did a fine job of cleaning the fireplace chimney. We asked about the fact that smoke sometimes escapes from the fireplace into the house when a fire is going. He thoroughly inspected the fireplace and flue, and said that the fireplace was fine and had a properly slanted top leading into the flue, also that the flue was clear and large enough. He did note that the fireplace opening had a rather wide flat top at the front before sloping to the flue. He recommended placing the fireplace grate close to the back wall of the fireplace to make sure that the rising smoke was under the slant and not partially under the flat part (where it could roll out the front).

They are very reliable. He goes to my home when I am not there. He does a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.
