They were excellent. I would recommend them. Moreover, they are reliable and satisfy what they said they would do. They have an excellent service.

The only reason I had it done was because my son loves this couch. It is a very long two section couch. She came and took meticulous measurements and then came back once after the initial measure. It was just excellent. The price is on the high end, but their sales are good. You can go in there with a picture and measurements, and they will give you a ballpark price. They are easy to work with. If I could afford them I would use them all of the time.

I have used them and my mother has used them. They are excellent. I have never had anything done that wasn't meticulous. The chair cushions are beautiful. They are on the higher price end. I got the fabric for half off. They are very good at communicating. I was on a trip and Tish emailed me to let me know when the sale was going to end. I can't say enough about their service. They are kind of known for that. I will use them again if I can afford them. I just needed something done and it was on sale. They are outstanding. I can't imagine people going wrong with them.
