Cobalt was fantastic to work with. They came out and looked at the damage to the siding on my house. Patrick wrote up the contract letting me know what repairs would be needed and what the cost would be. The job was done beyond my expectations. They were quick and efficient. Pat and his team did a great job patching a hole in my flat roof at home and saved me a bundle! The other guys wanted to replace the entire roof for thousands of dollars!! He also re-sealed the vent pipes which were slowly leaking into the attic. Great to work with a professional!!
