They were very good. We have a 1920's home. They were great. They showed up when they should have. The job went well. He did what he agreed to do with my husband. They had to set it up a certain way. I remember them being phenomenal. They were good.

My A/C hadn't worked since I bought my house. During this summer's heat, I called Giroux based on other A.L reviews. They were very professional. I said that it wasn't an emergency (I had gone 4 years without A/C.). They came out by the end of the week. It was raining really h****** the day of the original appointment so they called and rescheduled for the next day. I also liked that they called when they were on their way to my house. The repairman (whose name escapes me) was prompt and very professional. It took him about 2 hours to fix my AC. Everything was great. The repairman arrived on time and got right to work on my A/C. He refilled the oil in motor (which had gone dry) and he sealed up the leak. He also reseated my A/C because it had sunk noticeably into the ground over time and he did a general tune up. The A/C has worked great since then.

My first call to the company was on Christmas eve 2009 when a furnace went out at a rental property. To my surprise, they had a worker there that day and repaired it. Thank you.

They were dependable and knew what they were doing.

The technician who came out was a good guy. My interaction with him went on well. He looked at the existing system. He tried to find out as to what was wrong with it so that we could take a decision and see if it was worth fixing or replacing. He was very detailed and helpful too.

I have a quite old hot water heating system, and people don't use that type of heating much anymore. Just to get it cleaned and ready for the heating season is quite difficult. It took us a few years to find someone. They are really good. They were recommended to me. I recommended them to my neighbor with hot water heat. They were also quite happy with them. They are busy, so sometimes it takes a while to get them to come out. When they say they are going to be there, they will be there.

Giroux's inspection of our boiler was awesome and relieved us of considerable anxiety over our boiler failing during a severe cold spell. WHAT A RELIEF; THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH, CLIFF.
