About us

Thirty years in business, primarily in Grosse Pointe. We have five employees and "tried and true" subcontractors that perform under direct supervision of the owner. Payments are typically tied to progress with a substantial amount due upon completion to ensure the position of the property owner. We sometimes offer extended payment plans depending on the situation. By April 1 2015 we will be accepting Visa and MasterCard. A Tradefirst Member

Services we offer

We do large remodeling projects($500,00.00 plus) medium and small jobs, including handyman work. Much of our work is by referral from existing customers. Many times, we have done projects for two generations of family. Many of our customers rely on us as their only source. If we price a project and it does not fit the budget, they generally do not go "shopping" anywhere else. They either wait until their budget permits or do not perform the work at all.

Services we don't offer

We do not perform large plumbing or HVAC work unless it is part of our complete remodeling package.
