+ -1 moreContact Thomas Kleiner Co for a quote on waterproofing because they are located near me. Said he would be over at 6 pm one night and called to reschedule. No problem, see you tomorrow night. Rushed home from work to be home by 6 and he never showed or called. Called him at 8 pm, said he would stop by. Stopped by shortly after that, looked at basement, said he would get back to me with a quote and never did. More business than he can handle. Thought he might value local business more than this. Never performed any service but the quote process didn't go well.
Description of Work: Obviously Tom Kleiner has more business than he can handle. Did not perform any service for me. Never received a quote.

+ 0 moreJob was done fast and very professional. The job went very fast even in the height of winter. I had expected and asked of a higher quality waterproofing membrane. All plants were put back nicely. However, there was a very poor response to repeat water penetration. Expected better follow up given size of job and warranty.

Description of Work: I got an estimate to have my garage floor replaced and raise my garage because It has sunk and I get a lot of water in it. Although I haven't had the work done yet,I am considering it. Seems a little on the high side pricewise but was very helpful in explaining the process and everything they would do. Hope to get them out to do the work soon.

+ 0 moreFantastic. Everything was as I requested. A/C had to be moved and reattached, Super professional and truly nice crew. Andrew is a wizard with concrete. I would recommend Tom in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Waterproofed 15' of foundation (including tar and seal, drain tile replaced with pipe, s ), laid 86 Ft drainage pipe and poured 6' x 20' concrete slab.

Description of Work: I spoke with the owner about giving me a estimate on the rebuilding of both of my chimneys, but he never called back to set the date. I'm surprised since I live in an area which he claims to service heavily.

+ 2 moreFabulous service from Thomas Kleiner Construction. He was very knowledgeable when it came to waterproofing my basement. Other companies I called wanted to tear up the floor and drain the water. He knew how to correct the problem so it would not happen again. I also had him pour a new patio and level the foundation out on room addition that was sinking. I will be using him again soon for more work.
Description of Work: I had Thomas Kleiner Construction waterproof the basement and pour a patio.
