Great experience and drawings

Mike is very professional, very knowledgeable of his job is being an architect. He takes ownership on what he is doing. He is mindful of what to do, he consider what is reasonable. That's why I like him as an architect.

My wife and I are very happy with the work Mr. Mageau performed for our project. We had some strong ideas about what we wanted going into the project. Mr. Mageau listened and drew exactly what we asked for. During the process, he offered a number of suggestions and options that ultimately resulted in a final set of drawings that, while different from our initial ideas, provided a much better (and workable) solution. He responded to questions quickly and incorporated requested changes. Also, he offered insights that we found useful and will be able to use when we finally have the project bid. He punctual for appointments and professional in all of our interactions. We would highly recommend him.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Mr. Mageau performed for us. He provided a detailed list of the drawings he would create with a timeline and firm price on the quote. We had basic floor plan and roof line changes that we wanted to incorporate into our existing house and Mr. Mageau refined those changes and produced final construction drawings. My husband and I hired Mr. Mageau to help us in getting our custom home floorplan. He was very, very patient with us, as my husband and I had different design ideas for our home. In the end, Mr. Mageau managed to satisfy all of our needs and wants into our dream home within our budget. He's such a pleasure to work with, very patient as I've mentioned, and very efficient with his work.

Working with Mike was a real pleasure. He visited with us personally a number of times and provided several drafts before finalizing the plans for a guesthouse we are building. I would like to take a moment to commend Mike Mageau for his efforts thus far in assisting us with designing a house that meets our needs, use and location. Mike came to us through Service Magic and saw the rough plans similar to what we thought we wanted. He listened to what our life style, plans for the future, and suggested a layout meeting our key requirements. He was very professional and we all took our time realizing this was a home custom designed for our family, needs and usage. We are completing the efforts with soil boring and engineers to review the final plans. The community arch approval is next door and approves.

We hired Mr. Mageau for a specific purpose - develop a floor plan and elevations for our new home. He was not asked to develop construction documents, as our builder was going to develop those himself. We asked him to help us develop the concept and provide a "sketch drawing". He met with us to better understand what kind of home we wanted and from that initial meeting he put together some ideas, met with us and got our feedback and then developed a conceptual floor plan and elevations. Although all we asked for was a "sketch drawing" Mike provided a full CAD drawing of the floor plan, elevations, and sections.
