All Pointes Fencing Plus

As a contractor and Garden Design company owner it was great to find such a great company to work with. I found All Pointes Fencing by driving around my neighborhood and seeing all their great work. After linking up with the company owner Lester he eased the process of getting things done. This company has helped me more than once and I would gladly use them again. Fence was fair price, straight and well done. Thanks Lester and All Pointes.

We had a mix up twice to have them come out to do the estimate, but once we finally had that squared away, they were great to work with. Responsive, on time, and the work looks great.

I didn't really shop around because once I met Lester when he came out for the estimate, I was pleased with his attitude, demeanor and professionalism. I just felt like I was in good hands. These guys may not be the lowest price, but they're definitely the best that I've used in this business. (1) I called and asked for a bid-estimate and Lester called back, scheduled, visited, and delivered my estimate within 3 days! (2) I delayed a month before deciding to have the work done by All Pointes. Lester scheduled the job for 4-6 weeks out and the All Pointes team completed to job within 6 weeks from my late decision. (3) This past July, our neighbors asked us to make a change to the fence (not an All Pointes problem, but just a change to the original design plan). When I called Lester in late July, he explained that they were busy (very understandable) but he promised to have the changed completed by Labor Day. I expected to have to call All Pointes back after Labor Day to remind them of the change, but . . . a week before Labor Day I came home to find that All Pointes had been over and had perfectly completed the change! We can't possibly happier with the work that All Pointes has done. They keep their promises.

Ok. I feel price was high for what they did but I don't really know.

Due to weather and a lot of fence repair and other new installment. I had to wait over 6 weeks for the job to be done. Quote me one price and was something else because it didn't turn what he quote me so he had a different price.

Couldn't have gone better. Although Lester had more than 50 calls after a bad wind storm, he was able to get to my job in less than a week. His quote was half of another local, certified fence company. Because I was treated so well, and the price was fair, I plan to have Lester replace the fence that had to be torn down and possibly fence the rest of my large back yard.

During one of our 50 mph wind days, one of the posts holding up my wooden gate split, along with one of the boards and the hardware was ripped out. Lester and his crew jack hammered out the old post, replaced it (with a much more substantial post) and the board and reattached the gate. They also fixed the other side which apparently wasn't level. This week he's coming back to put in an additional drop bar which probably would have saved the gate from breaking if it had been there in the first. place. Will definitely use them again for any future fence issues.

After having a new driveway poured, my gate needed adjustment. I had several companies come out to give me estimates for repair. Estimates went from $200 to $400. Companies said that I needed new posts and new gate doors. All Points Fence Company came out and adjusted the hinges ... saving me hundreds! I would use this company again and highly recommend them. My sincere thanks to Lester for his expertise and kindness.

The response time was impressive. Both for calls, written bids, and start date. The written bid specified everything quite clearly so when I wanted to add a gate it was clear in the original bid and there were no surprises. The fence looks beautiful, the workers were pleasant and the yard was cleaned up nicely.

Everything is top notch with All Pointes. The crew is a lot of fun and does excellent work. They even came out to adjust the fence after the long winter. Professional, courteous, A+++

Lester Bybee and his crew at All Pointes Fencing Plus are prompt, professional, personable, careful, fair...and really, really good at building fences!! All Pointes Fencing Plus was a pleasure to work with right from my first phone call. Unlike the bigger companies, where you talk to one person and then have to wait, sometimes for several days, before their scheduler calls you back, I reached Lester immediately, and he was able to stop by that afternoon. His written estimate arrived at my door the next day, as promised, and was lower than several others that we had received, mostly from companies who wanted to replace the whole fence even though much of it was still sound. Lester patiently answered all my questions, and managed to fit our small job into his busy schedule for a rainy week, knowing that planting season was upon us. He showed up with his crew on the day we had hoped for, having called ahead to let us know they were coming. The crew took care not to trample existing plantings, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you'd never know they'd been there, except our old sagging old fence is now standing amazingly straight and true. Lester says his dad taught him to do things right, and clearly his dad was a good teacher! I recommend All Pointes Fencing Plus without reservation and will happily hire them again when this good old fence finally does need to be replaced.

They were great. They were the lowest price and the best quality and the best workmanship. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up the best they could with the weather, because it was starting to snow that day. We were absolutely happy with them.

So far for All Pointes Fencing Plus they've been doing a great job. We are in the middle of the product so they torn out the fence and they are coming back next week to put up a new fence. They’ve been fantastic to work with they even came back and put up a snell fence in between our property and the neighbors property because they have children and they play basketball on the driveway. They’ve been really accommodating and easy to work with. They are prompt with estimates. They’re willing to do multiple estimates in case your neighbor wants also to put a fence at the same time and other portions of their property. He takes care of the permit. He is very prompt. He always answers our phone calls. I believe he is willing to text as well. He really got good customer service. We haven’t seen any product but we did see other properties where he put up fences and he does really a good job.

They are very reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job promptly and within the budget.
