They were vey knwledgeable and knew the problem and solutions and above all reasonably priced.They were always available to listen and help.l Mr.Moccia was available even in his time off.He helped me get the city permit. I have some other projects and I am going to work with them.I will highly recomend without hesitation Mr Moccia and his crew to my friends and others.My Project was to find solution for lawn demage caused by high water levels in the river for which he suggested and installed the sump pump

Wow! Wow! Wow! We had a complete outdoor landscaping and deck remodel! We finally took the leap and got it done after years of pondering. We couldn't be happier! We are so excited about our newly rebuilt paver deck, the expansion of our driveway with pavers, backyard landscaping, plus the revamping of our front yard land landscaping too! We had an old school wooden deck. Plus, we had the original, basic landscaping that the builders first installed years ago. We needed simple, low-maintenance landscaping for our hectic lives. I was often embarrassed that we couldn't keep up with our old landscaping. Now, it looks amazing and our neighbors compliment us all the time! Austin and Jason worked with us to make our dreams come true with this ideal outdoor space. While the price tag wasn't cheap, it was definitely fair for all the design, structure and premium materials. Austin did the original, computer generated design which hung on our kitchen wall the whole winter before they could get started. We love the whole project; and my husband is over the moon to see our driveway widened. Plus, we never have to repaint the deck again! Jason, the hands-on crew leader, is true gem and visionary! He took the time and energy to work with us to make sure we were getting the exact look of the deck and landscaping we wanted. He helped us make decisions when it came to color, texture and shaping too. He is a true expert in this field. His crew members were very kind, and worked diligently until the project was completed. I felt confident that while the Moccia crew (led by Jason) was working, that they always had our best intentions in mind. Thank you, Moccia! You all truly rock! I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs a landscaping facelift. We couldn't have asked for any more. You truly exceeded all our expectations.

I do not recommend this company. I hired this contractor on June 19, 2019. At that time, Austin Moccia told my wife and I he could strip our old lawn, replace it with new sod and maintain the property s grade without the need for topsoil. We relied on that assurance. However, the grade was not maintained and now the property no longer drains as it did before. The surface was lowered overall, is uneven, and there are numerous low spots throughout our lawn some as low as 5 where water now accumulates. There is no place that we find the surface to be even to our satisfaction. In our opinion, and in the opinion of several landscaping professionals we have since consulted, we will have to have this sod torn out and replaced in the spring. The estimated cost to do so is $12,500. According to HomeAdvisor s own website, The key to success is careful preparation of the soil in the area. The contractor used a BobCat to prepare the surface. During the lawn stripping process, the contractor s employees damaged 10 sprinkler heads in our irrigation system, destroyed the cable line to our house, scraped several vinyl fence panels and put two gouges in a driveway apron which was less than two months old. That damage is estimated at $1,500-$2,000. From the time the first employee showed up to start work on September 7, 2019, until the last roll of sod was laid on September 14, 2019, we never had any face-to-face contact with Austin Moccia and never saw him on-site. This despite our contacting him by telephone on September 7th to complain about the damage done to our property by his crew. In my opinion, on that phone call, on the several phone calls that followed and on subsequent face-to-face discussions later that month, contractor was condescending when discussing the quality of the work. In my opinion, contractor seems unable to understand even what the problem is, yet multiple landscaping professionals have looked at the job and described it to us as horrible and unprofessional. We do not believe that this contractor is capable of fixing the property and we will now have to contract with another professional to do it to our satisfaction.

I hired Moccia to do two projects back in April. The job was finally completed in September.

There could not have been a better listener than Austin. As my husband and I chattered at him at the same time, he still managed to send a crew and they did exactly as we needed. A beautiful back yard that we are enjoying every day. Thank you!!!

Can't say enough about how much we love the landscaping they put in for us. Austin did an amazing design plan for us with the perfect plants. We asked for low maintenance and he provided just that with a beautiful selection of plants. The crew is outstanding, very accommodating and professional. They continually asked our opinion wanting to be sure we were happy. I can say that of 3 contractors we contacted, Austin was the only one that "heard" what we were asking for. His price was right in the ballpark as well. Overall we are ecstatic with the results. Our neighbors are commenting how stunning it looks! We definately recommend Moccia Lawn and Landscaping!

They did a great job

Excellent, very professional company. I highly recommend.

I called them about one of the trees they purchased and installed. It was dying and I was told by owner he would replace it and of course they never did come back out to install or remove the dead tree. Really disappointed.

Austin and his entire crew were great. They showed up when they said they would, they worked until the early evening and even worked on The Weekend. When the job was done they cleaned up everything We are very pleased with the work that was done, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Austen did a wonderful job of designing my landscape job and he and his crew did an equally wonderful job clearing the area and turning my project into a work of art. I would definitely recommend Moccia Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. to do any landscape/lawn project.

Professional top notch communication, exceptional quality and workmanship of our sodding project. Moccia Landscaping is priced right and delivered the service above expectations. Austin was able to squeeze in our project last minute to meet our deadline before leaving for FL for the winter. Other companies we contacted would not and were priced higher. Many did not return our call. Moccia Landscaping is a well managed company. Wish they were available for our Florida home landscaping projects.

Mr. Moccia was very good about returning my calls and or answering my messages. This was a somewhat unique job, in that we live out of state. We had the pleasure of meeting Austin,in person, once, prior to having the yard work done. Although there was a miscommunication in exactly what we desired to be done, he and his crew did a nice job! The one thing we may do differently, in future, would be to have a written contract, prior to having the job done. Simply so everyone is on the same page. Austin was good to send us 'before and after' photo's ! Although we did not require any installation, the front yard did require extensive weed removal, trimming and mulch. The finished work made a huge difference ! It looks 100% better and this is a blessing ! We would recommend Mr. Moccia's Lawn and Landscaping business. He's been a pleasure with which to work.

They created an amazing design for my Retainage area The crew was very professional and they cleaned up their mess when they were done It's been five weeks and everything is filling out and growing great. Extremely satisfied with everything they did.
