+ -1 moreI signed up for an Angie’s Deal for siding repair. They were hard to contact. Set an appointment for June 27, 2019 and he didn’t show up or call that he was running late (nonexistent). I never heard from him, so I called the office to let them know what happened and I would not be needing their services. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreShane was very responsive and helpful through the roofing process. The roof was completed within only 3 days, despite some unforeseen setbacks with rotting wood. Shane was present and available through the entire process, making me feel much more at ease. He provided updates each day with photos as necessary and asked questions to ensure I was aligned with some of the choices made. When the project was completed, they cleaned up everything well and did a "walk-through" with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Plus, their price was simply unbeatable.
Description of Work: I needed a new roof on my home. Previous owners had placed shingles on the roof which was incorrect; therefore, my project required a full tear-off of multiple layers of roofing material, as well as installation of a new rubber membrane roof.

+ -1 moreThe Grand Rapids roofers needs to repair the porch roof and other city violations. I'm dealing with problems with this company since 10/17/16. It went very bad beyond my imagination.
Description of Work: My house needed a new roof. I contracted the Grand Rapids Roofers to work on the roof. It took 2 months to finished instead of the 3 days it was stated. The house had interior water damage due to rain while waiting for the company to finish the roof. Many of the sub-contractor that came to work on the roof weren't lincese and weren't supervised during work hours. I suspect that the sub-contractors didn't have insurance. The company did not obtain a city permit as stated on the contract. The attic vent weren't put in as stated in the contract. We found 2 pieces of siding from my house in the neighbor's yard. There are nails, shingles and trash around my house. The porch roof is now about to fall down. The roof inspector that I hired found some city violations. I called the Grand Rapids roofers to come to repair the porch roof and I was told to call their attorney and the company refuse to talk to me.

Cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything in the yard for us to have to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement!!
