Great work, cost reasonable

One we received the bid, we felt the price was right so we called Leonard and told him we wanted the electric done. He said he had a project to finish and he would be over by the second week of September. We called on during the third week of September, no answer, left a message, no call back. Called him again the next week, still no answer, left a message, no call back. Called him the first week of October, no answer, left a message, and no call back. We were afraid something may have happened because it was so abrupt, but then when we were telling our friends, they mentioned that they had seen Leonard at a wedding over the weekend and he was fine. So we figured it was a miscommunication, we called him again, no answer, left a message, no call back. We called and got other bids, and ONE FINAL TIME... which is number FOUR if you're counting... we called, no answer, we left a message stating that we were going to have to go with someone else if we didn't hear back from him, and he didn't call back. We figured our project wasn't big enough or worth his time. However it would of been nice to at least have gotten a call back stating, "Hey, I'm sorry, business picked up and we can't get to it till spring." I would of been pleased with that, or with a message stating he simply couldn't do it. Very disappointed because we really liked him.

they were on time very professional and very friendly. They came in went to work found the problem and fixed it right away. I would hire them again for any electrical problem the comes up.

Leonard and his son were very efficient and professional. They gave us an excellant price, were on time and fast in getting the job done. They kept the work sight clean even to the last little piece of wiring debri. They were a great team and we would call them again if we needed any electrical work done.

Leonard did the work seveal years ago and I took a guess at the price may have been a little more or less. He came out and looked at the job and then when the power company folks did the underground work he came back and installed the new services. He and his son did the work, cleaned up and we were/are very pleased with the results. No fuss - no drama - every went well.

Leonard and his son were an excellent team and very reasonable. They exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased for the work they did at a very reasonable cost!.
