Jason provided a written quote (on request) for the total job. He held the materials until we were ready, then we scheduled a date for him to install. It was a short lead time. He showed up on time, did the work in one day as he said he would, and held to his quoted price.

Jason had tried several times to salvage the old door, but all things considered, opener age and track damage, all of his remedies were just not enough. He had told us that he would keep it working as long as he could and he did. He never charged us for additional trips over to do more adjustments just to keep it working for us. A great person to know. He takes personal pride in his work and it shows. After he was finished installing our new opener, we visitied awhile, come to find out, he had worked with our son during high school back in the 80's at a local food market. Small world!
