+ -1 moreJason provided a written quote (on request) for the total job. He held the materials until we were ready, then we scheduled a date for him to install. It was a short lead time. He showed up on time, did the work in one day as he said he would, and held to his quoted price.
Description of Work: Provided two garage doors with power operators and installation.

+ -1 moreJason had tried several times to salvage the old door, but all things considered, opener age and track damage, all of his remedies were just not enough. He had told us that he would keep it working as long as he could and he did. He never charged us for additional trips over to do more adjustments just to keep it working for us. A great person to know. He takes personal pride in his work and it shows. After he was finished installing our new opener, we visitied awhile, come to find out, he had worked with our son during high school back in the 80's at a local food market. Small world!
Description of Work: After adjusting our old double door garage door opener several times and straightening the metal door track, (we smacked it with the tractor), Jason finally had to remove our old garage door opener and install a new one. He selected proper size, one with additional safety features (because we have a little dog that likes to scoot under the door) and one easier for us to use and one that would secure our property. He did this on his own, recognizing that we would appreciate the added security and without additional cost over his original estimate. He called ahead of the installation to make sure it was a convenient time for us and he was on time, completed his work, cleaned up the garage floor, removed all the old parts and gave my husband and I a thorough demonstration of how to operate our new opener. All he would accept over the estimate was icy cold coke.
