Description of Work: 83 YEAR OLD MOTHER BOUGHT TOP OF THE LINE PELLET STOVE...AFTER 3=4 VISITS AND TINKERING WITH THE 3000 STOVE NEVER SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF IT GOING OUT ALL THE TIME. WE ASKED THEM TO SIMPLY REPLACE THE STOVE WITH ONE THAT WORKED PROPERLY...REMEMBER SHE,S 83 AND WIDOWED..THE ANSWER? NO. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEEY ALSO HAVE A LOW RATING WITH THE TRAAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN BBB.
