PERFECT FENCE CO

The field workers are great and hardworking. Management however is absolutely TERRIBLE. They cannot schedule and worse yet they will NOT call you back. I've been trying for weeks to get them out here to repair a piece that has been damaged. When you call you get a message that you've reached Barbara McCullen (sp?) and Perfect Fence to leave a message. I've left a half dozen messages in the past few weeks and cannot get a call back. People, please read all the reviews about this company before you spend any money here. Note that the reviews reflect that the workers do a good job, the fence looks great when finished but the reviews of how customers are treated by management and/or office workers is absolutely awful. Many other places to use instead of being frustrated like the rest of us. Call elsewhere.

This company had competitve pricing. Their initial price was a little bit higher than the other fencing companies we spoke with but Perfect Fence eventually lowered their price for us. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. They also used quality materials. They didn't clean up as nicely as we would have liked, as we did find a few items that we would have run over with our lawn mower. They also completed the work about a week after our initially agreed upon timeframe. However, we still recommend them to others.
