An absolute awful experience. Of course they took a third down and now they will not return our calls. They were hired for a roof repair due to a leak as well as a gutter repair. First the roof. We had 2 leaks. They were supposed to install new wood, water shield, ice shield, and a NEW full ridge vent. As the leak was intruding into the drywall. I have a square open spot where I can see their work from when a skylight was removed. After their work all of the new boards are soaked from water pouring in all the way around. The wood is constantly wet and black MOLD! A complete ridge vent was NOT replaced. The leak is worse NOW than it was before and it's actually causing more damage to the house and drywall as now the drywall is so wet it is separating from the roof section. The worst work I have seen in long time. So now we are left with a huge mess as the frost melts and soakes through their new work and the water shield as well as the ice shield. A new company has looked at their abysmal work and will be coming out to replace it. We had the chimney inspected as well. Their work is soaked and it is definitely the roof. No question about it. After the initial complaint of the roof still leaking the guy came out and slathered a sealant on the chimney instead of fixing the problem. Just terrible. The gutter. I asked them if it needed to be replaced. The guy that came out said no they could fix it. The same 2 guys who did the roof came out 2 to 3 times to "fix" the gutter. I have small open rafters which is the style of my house. So gutters cannot be shoved up against the rafters or they will rot. They pounded boards into the rafters to try and push the gutter away from the rafters then smashed the rafters up against the remaining rafters. Removing paint from the rafters and exposing the wood. The guy was asked 4 separate times if a gutter guard was placed and he stayed yes. It was like a ,sponge, so you could not really see it. I spent 3 hours digging the ice, leaves, and water out of the gutter AFTER they "fixed" it! No gutter guard! I had an inspector and 2 proper gutter companies come out on separate occasions and all stated that whoever did the work were hacks. Their words. Not mine. Needless to say the proper gutter company that was hired had to remove the damaged gutter system. They replaced the gutters and added 2 downspouts (Roof doctor stated we only needed one on a sagging long one piece gutter). Now the gutters are perfect and they do not touch the rafters in any way. And the boards and metal brackets caused more work as they had to be removed, the wood treated, and covered. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Never again. After they smashed the gutter up against the rafters my wife asked them how are we supposed to access those to paint them. Roof doctor guy stated just shove a paint brush up there. We were informed by both new companies and the inspector that if those gutters would have stayed on the house it would have completely caused structural damage to the home! Unbelievable! We have tried to contact them to give then ONE chance at fixing their roofing mess and they do not get back to us. After an inspection a new company will be taking over the roofing job and we will be having the further damage to our home inspected AGAIN. It's been a huge mess. Long story short. They lied to me on several occasions regarding certain aspects of their work. They did an unacceptable job on both jobs. More damage is being caused to my home now than the initial leak! All of the new work is soaked and the spot that I can see is surrounded by water ,mold ,moisture and it has not even snowed or rained yet. He will not get back to us. This is unacceptable for a contractor. Period. Now 2 other companies had to be hired to clean up their mess. In the meantime I have to pay to have the new inside ...

Fastest to respond and look at roof. Some companies responded 2 weeks later. One said they only replace shingles- not remove moss. Roof Dr. Was great!

Antonio from Roof Dr. did an excellent job repairing the damage done to our shed roof after a recent tornado. The work was done exactly as requested and he cleaned up the entire area when he was done. Then he cleaned sticks and debris off the house roof, too. The price was very reasonable and our insurance accepted the estimate with no problem. We will be sure to recommend Roof Dr. to anyone needing these services.

Run from them as fast as you can! The Roof Dr. promise you wonderful quality work and what you will get is poor quality and no customer service now their want to pass their mistake on to the GAF Shingle company. We hired The Roof Dr. to replace and repair our roof. As they were finishing up the shingles to the house, we notice the shingles has THREE DIFFERENT colors.!!!! My husband contacted the supervisor he came out and said yes there was an issue with the colors and there was three different batches and number, and they would have to come back out and re-shingle the whole house all over again. THREE WEEKS LATER now the tune changed saying they contacted GAF shingles company on our behalf to file a claim for the shingles as if they are doing us a favor for filing a claim against the GAF shingle company saying it is their fault, so now we have to wait to see what GAF will do. Now GAF shingle company is telling us we have to wait to see if the shingles will fade to the same colors! meantime we were going to put the house up for sale in a few months and we can not do that now because The Roof Dr. and GAF shingle company are holding us. Because neither company wants to take responsibility for their mistake and in the meantime were stuck in the middle of both of these poor companies taking responsibility for doing the right thing. So if you want to see the proof of what type of work The Roof Dr. does just drive by the next three months over Air Park Dr, no need for an address, you will see the house it is the one with the three-tone shingle roof that The Roof Dr. did!!!! I have reported The Roof Dr. to BBB as well as GAF Shingle Company! We had to pay 1/3 down we wont be giving them a dime more until we are 100% satisfied with this nightmare. All I can say is there are a lot better company's out there go find one and stay away from this company!!!!!

This is not a hard sell company with fancy brochures, two sales people on the estimate call, and the higher prices that go with all that. Roof Dr was professional, knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced. They did not try to upsell me and did a great job.

The guy who came for the estimate was wonderful and very thorough and they have been great to work with so far.

This is an excellent company, they really helped me out when I was in a bind. Zach responded immediately and came over and did an inspection, and really helped me out. The crew did an awesome job with my roof and gutters, and had it done promptly and professionally, it turned out awesome. I was expecting to pay way more for all the work they had done, they are very reasonable. Everyone that I had talked to in this company was extremely nice and polite. Good, honest people, I was very pleased and I would highly recommend.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I received an estimate from Zac at Roof Dr. His estimate was so professionally done, so pristine. He detailed everything, right down to using a magnet to pick up roofing nails. Unfortunately, I didn't go with the Roof Dr. only because I found a company to do the work cheaper. Well, that is exactly what I got, cheap, sloppy work from another roofing company. I am a widow of a deceased disabled Vietnam veteran and I know nothing about roofs and flashing. I needed a roof repair, new flashing installed and a cricket built behind chimney and a new boot put on my electrical pole. The other roofing company came when I wasn't home. When I returned in the evening, the job wasn't finished and there was debris from their job flying all around my yard. They left nails and debris on my roof and nails on my driveway. The work they had done was sloppy . I went inside my garage and there was light showing all along the back of my chimney where the cricket was. They had to come back a couple more times to finish the job and to redo the work they had previously done. I called Zac at Roof Dr. and told him what had happened with this other company. I asked Zac if he could come inspect the other companies work before I pay them. Zac was happy to do this for me and for free! He didn't owe me anything, but he did it anyways. Thank goodness I called Zac, because the other company left nails and debris on my roof again. The old and new shingles were not sealed down properly. I am old and can not get up on the roof. It gave me such a sense of security to have someone lookout for me and see how the job was really done. He was my pair of eyes up on a roof I could not get up on. Thank you Zac for helping a widow. My next roofing job will be with Roof Dr. If I would have went with them instead of trying to save a little extra bit of money, this would have been all avoided! Service: Roof inspection

Did the work promptly and well. Matt is great to work with. A small leak appeared a few days after completion but they were on it the next day. Haven't been any problems since.

Steve did an ex excellent job. He discovered that the asphalt shingles on the peak were all loose and could have easily come off in a storm. He explained with photos of the roof, repaired them all and clearly explained the process that he used. He was not only professional in his attitude and workmanship, but personable and very reasonable in price as well. I highly recommend Steve and Roof Dr. for roof repair issues.

Needed several shingles replaced. They responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Professional and knowledgeable about my roof. Price very reasonable. Within a few days my roof looked like new. Would definitely call again.
