They respond to anything that I asked. They are professional and friendly. I went with them because of their price for the yearly contract.

They have done a good job so far. The gentleman was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the process and went above and beyond for us. They were reasonable priced and do a good job.

They were ok we just haven't decided on anyone yet.

They are all over this area. They have some pretty green techniques. We had carpenter ants. They had to dig down, find where the water was coming from, change the slope of the land, take out the wood that had fungus in it and redo it. We had traps out for the ants then I called Rose to come out and spray. They were out here in 30 minutes. Pricewise I think they are comparable to others but I do think they are more environmentally friendly.

We contacted them because we had some ants in the house we needed them to take care of.

They take care of all insects and ant problems. They are very concerned and I have had them for about 27 years. I will continue to use them in future.

So far our experience with Rose has been less than spectacular. The technician that showed up didn't have all the tools he needed for the installation and the tools he did bring weren't taken care of. He used our garden hose because his was in a knot that he didn't want to untangle - his extension cord was a tangled mess also but he was able to untangle enough of it to use. He didn't bring a step ladder so he asked to use ours. He needed an allen wrench - he used ours. He needed paper towel to clean up with - he used ours. I was willing to over look all of that and chalk it up to the tech's inexperience until he had to install a bait station through concrete on the outside of the house and damaged our siding! After drilling through the concrete he didn't clean up, leaving behind a muddy puddle of ground concrete and debris. The tech left us with a very unprofessional feeling. After talking with the supervisor at Rose he is coming out to look at the siding. He didn't say much of anything in regards to the tech's lack of tools. He reassured us with some questions we had regarding the inside termites. We hung up the phone feeling like we were reassured by and quot;our parentsand quot; that everything would be okay. Everything may be okay, I hope it will. Bill, the Grand Rapids supervisor took the time to come out to the house to look over the our installation job. Both my wife and I really liked Bill he was very friendly and took the time to throughly look over our house and answer our questions. He examined the damaged siding and is willing to fix it. He also gave us a few pointers as to what we should do to prevent futher infestation. Bill admitted that the tech who worked on our house is new and just out of training Bill also said that he would talk to his tech about the job. After Bill's visit I feel more reassured that we're going to get a quality and professional job from Rose. This experience has sent one huge message and that is; we reprent the companies we work for. It doesn't matter what job we have or what it is we do, we are the face of the companies that people see. In our first experience with Rose Pest Solutions the Tech that came to our house didn't represent Rose well at all - leaving us with a less than professional feeling. Great first impressions are key to an outstanding company.

We hired them for a one year package that is three scheduled treatments and they will come out any time you want them to. They offer a discount if you pay in full. We have not had any ants around since they came out.

THE TECHNICIANS THAT COME OUT ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. I NEVER HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. IF WE EVER HAVE A SPECIFIC PROBLEM THEY ARE QUICK TO COME RIGHT OUT TO FIX THINGS.

HE IS ALWAYS THERE ON TIME, AND HE TAKES NO TIME AT ALL TO GET THE WORK DONE. EVER SINCE HE HAS BEEN SPRAYING WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS OR ANYTHING.

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRICES FOR THE WORK THEY DO, AND THEY TAKE THEIR TIME ABOUT SPRAYING EVERY INCH OF MY LAWN. THEY ALSO HAVE FRIENDLY AND HONEST SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS BECAUSE THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD PRICE. THE SPRAYS THAT THEY USE DO NOT HARM OUR OTHER PLANTS. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM.

I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BUGS IN MY APARTMENT SINCE. THEY COME OUT ONCE A MONTH, AND I DO NOT HAVE TO BE HOME TO LET THEM IN. THEY CHARGE 30 DOLLARS A MONTH. THE SPRAY ALSO DOES NOT MAKE ME SICK.
