New furnace

It went very well.

They were very efficient and good. They gave me good ideas of what to use in my house without telling me just the top price units. I feel you get better quality for a lower price as they don't spend a lot of money on advertising.

They did a great job installing it. I have constant hot water now compared to my old electric water heater.

They were fine. I put a humidifier on it so there was an extra $350. I use them for my air conditioning and that's why I chose to use them. They had put a new air conditioner for me before. The person that I like the most is Brenda, she's the office lady and she's phenomenal. She answers the phone right away. She's behind the scene, but she makes the company. She's a very knowledgeable woman. She knows all of the workers by their names. I had a really hot summer day and my air conditioning froze up and she said that she'll try to get somebody out there and she did that night. I had someone out in the morning. I really, really liked her. She was the one who got the job done and called this guy. I went for a top of the line furnace and I got a rebate with it. Their quality was top of the line too. They did an excellent job. I would use them in the future as well.

They took the time to do a very thorough estimate and they carried the brand that I was interested in. Their installers were first class. Their workmanship was very good and they were very professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if needed.

Very impressed. Nick and another installer arrived on time and got the job done in two hours. They were very nice and professional and I was more than impressed with the workmanship. One of the heat runs looked challanging to install, but Nick was able to find the best options/fit without any issues (not something I could have done myself). They were more than willing to answer any/all of my questions. Job was timely and efficient. I would call Redmon's again without hesitation for all my heating/cooling needs.

They came when they were supposed to, and it worked when they were done. It went well. There were a lot of companies that weren't responsive, and these guys seem very responsive. They even followed up on all of the rebates as well. The cost listed is before the rebates, which there were a lot of.

Good response on writing the estimate and installation and clean-up. Salesman thoroughly explained how digital thermostat worked.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME. THE A/C WORKED VERY GOOD WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE JOB TOOK A WHILE TO DO, AND THEY CHARGED ME A GREAT DEAL, BUT I'M VERY SATISFIED. A BRAND NEW FURNACE ISN'T CHEAP!

I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID, BECAUSE THEY CUT THROUGH DRY WALL OUTSIDE OF OUR HOME AND INSTALLED THE WIRING. THEY PUT THE DRY WALL BACK AS SOON AS THEY FINISHED. MY AIR AND HEATING WORKS GREAT AND THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AS WELL.

I THINK THAT THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. THE PRICE QUOTE THAT THEY GAVE US WAS ACCURATE. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PRICES FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.

THEY COME AND CHECK THE UNITS ONCE A YEAR TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. ALL OF THIS IS DONE WITH NO CHARGE TO ME. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY WHENEVER I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
