+ -1 moreJohn called before he came and was very professional, he checked the whole exterior and removed any small nests. He then sprayed and removed the large nest. and sprayed an area where we had one earlier that I had taken care of.
Description of Work: remove large wasp nest from peak on a two story home.

After nights of scratching at the walls and doors, we first called one of the franchise pest control companies, who insisted we would need a year-long contract at a cost of over 600 dollars. So we called Mike at Professional Pest who came out for an early morning appointment. Mike thoroughly inspected the premesis all the while explaining exactly how these rodents operate. He gave us many suggestions on what methods and products we could use to eliminate the issue. He didn't just tell us what to do, but why. He never once attempted to sell us products or additional services. After just a week of following Mike's advice, the problem is gone, and everything is back to normal. Working with professional pest was a positive experience from start to finish, I highly recommend their work.
Description of Work: Having a particularly challenging rodent issue, professional pest didn't just solve the problem, they educated us on why the problem was occurring, and how to prevent it in the future.
