Our salesperson, Kristie was a delight to work with. She is a professionally trained interior designer, which proved to be a tremendous asset when making our choices--taking our tastes into account, while keeping the big picture in mind. The installers, Dave (carpet) and Drew (hardwood) were top notch, and very neat--taking time to clean up after the job was done. We were especially impressed with Drew--He was very personable, yet efficient--with attention to detail.

It took a little longer than they thought, but still no complaints. The house looks amazing! I would hire Johnson Carpet One and Jeff in a heartbeat. Price was reasonable. Installed in a few days. He cleaned up the mess. The saleswoman(Valerie?) did a great job assisting me with the decision making process and the scheduler(Susan) kept me appraised of the logistics and timing and any problems.

We have been using them for 20 years on and off for different projects. They give us excellent service and have excellent products to offer. They always are quick to respond and Marilyn is wonderful to work with.

It was a very good experience. They were prompt and fast. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very helpful in picking out the carpeting and their installers did a great job.

THEY WERE DETERMINED TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. WE LIKED HOW QUICKLY THEY WORKED. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT THE OLD CARPET LOOKED AS GOOD AS NEW WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER TO MEET THE NEEDS THAT WE HAD. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY WHILE AT OUR HOME AND I FELT THAT THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED US ALL THE DIFFERENT STYLES THEY HAD. THEY HAD A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT THEIR PRICES. THE PRICES WERE EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE ON THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS.

WE WANTED HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS SO WERE WILLING TO SPEND MORE AND GLAD WE DID. THEY HAD A WIDE VERITY TO CHOOSE FROM. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANIES PROFESSIONALISM AND THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EAGER TO PLEASE.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THEY MADE DECISIONS THAT WERE NOT UP TO THEM AND PUT UP NO BARRIERS TO KEEP DUST FROM SPREADING THROUGHOUT SURROUNDING AREAS/ROOMS.

I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE JOB IS FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY HAULED AWAY OUR OLD CARPET AND CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
