They were very helpful to me over the phone - quick to respond and offer me the advice I needed after my washing machine pipe broke and flooded my hall. Mitigation Services went very well. Matt was very professional and very knowledgeable with my situation. Had a flood in my basement from a storm drain back up and he arrive at a timely manner and explained the process of Mitigation. My basement is concrete with concrete wall but still needed to be dried. He began by explaining why it's a good thing to set equipment and the risks about if it was not dried it could bring. He then did a sketch of the area and wrote a simple estimate. He set his fans an a dehumidifier to help control the wetness of the air and concrete. It was a simple job and quick service. I would use him again and refer his service to anyone. Keep up the great work and stay honest like you have been.

My basement flooded and left some pretty bad water damage. Matt helped us with it and did a tremendous job. He removed all the trim and took care of any mold that appeared as well. He sprayed chemical to prevent mold from occurring in the future. He was on time and got it done fast as my wife and I are very impatient. It kept us happy 😊 We feel very confident with his work and will continue to use him in the future. He did such a great job!
