Keith is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Very professional. I had hired big name cleaners in the past but Keith was highly recommended by several of my neighbors. I felt very comfortable with him. He did a great job, including using his iron to remove stains. I have already recommended him to several friends a co-workers. Look no where else. Keith is the vest around.

Keith did well All of the signs of traffic wear on the white living room carpet were gone. The makeup stains from teen girls at the top of the stairs was gone. All the spots of spilled coffee going up the stairs (teen girls, again) were gone. Keith scheduled our work promptly, showed up on time, worked diligently. I definitely would recommend this company.

He did an awesome job. Got out all of the stains that were in the carpet except for a few rust stains by the wall that had been there for a long time. The carpet is light colored and 17 years old and looks like new again. He even did the carpet piece in the garage by the entry door free and without me asking him to and cleaned the top of a twin mattress for us at no additional cost (had asked for that to be done and expected to pay more than the Angie's List special price. Would use him again and recommend him to others.

This was purchased through an "Angie's Big Deal". Keith (co-owner with his wife) contacted me shortly after I had emailed with the proposed dates we wanted him to come. He is very personable and enthusiastic. Keith arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He scoped out the areas to be done, and got to work. We have a new 8-month old puppy, and while she's reasonably well housetrained, there have been some accidents. And parts of the carpeting, even without accidents, just didn't feel or smell especially nice. Keith did a wonderful job, really working to get the carpet deeply cleaned, placing furniture protectors as necessary. Although we had moved all the furniture we could, we had no place to move our large sectional sofa, so left it intact, and figured Keith would just clean around it. Instead, of his own accord, he took apart the pieces and moved them individually to clean underneath, before putting it back together. After all the steam cleaning was done, he went over the entire carpet with a carpet rake to bring up the pile. All the while, he engaged my wife and I in very pleasant conversation. He's very easy to talk to, and makes you feel at ease having him in your home. When he left, the entire carpet smelled and felt wonderful. We look forward to using Hometown Carpet in the future.

Keith is our go to guy for carpet cleaning. Our most recent experience was having him clean carpet at our church in 2013. However, we have also personally used his services several times since moving to the Grand Rapids area 7 years ago. Keith is prompt in responding to phone calls, courteous/respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. His rates are extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend him and definitely use his company again!

He was very helpful and tried to be accommodating with our needs and schedule. However, we were unable to get the service scheduled in the time frame we needed. If we were staying in this area, it is a company we would use in the future if needed.

Our carpeting was in need of a thorough cleaning. It is a few years old and has gone through the potty training of our two dogs. Although I thought I was doing a good job of cleaning up their mistakes, over time the spots I had cleaned up were back. Keith said that what I was doing was really not the way to clean them, and said that most people do the same thing. He explained in detail the best way to go about this task in the future, and why what I was doing caused the spots to reappear. I learned a lot from Keith, and I will definitely use him again. He also cleans furniture and car upholstery, motor homes, etc. Keith did an awesome job!

I was very happy with the service. He answered the phone when I called to schedule, got me in right away, and was on time when he came - that is a big deal to me because my time is valuable too! HIRE him, he is GREAT! I will hire him again to clean my carpets and/or upholstery. He really did a great job and was professional and friendly!

He thoroughly and successfully cleaned several rooms in our home that had some pet urine stains. The whole house looks and smells so much better. Very pleased with this service. Will recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again. And it was a very good deal with the special coupon on Angie's List.

After buying a special from Angie's list which consisted of $99.00 for $150.00 worth of cleaning on a Friday evening, the owner called me on Saturday morning to set up an appointment. I was totally shocked for the quick service and especially for him calling me on a Saturday! We set the date, and he gave me a maximum cost - sight unseen of $216.00. He was very prompt as to the set appointment time. When he came today and cleaned, I had failed to advise him of the 2nd set of stairs. He said no problem. I expected an additional charge. However, when presented with my final bill, I only had to pay another $12.00 for a grand total cost of $162.00 . That was exceptional! Yes, I will use them in the future and yes, I highly recommend him. He was efficient and professional.

Keith arrived on time. He did a great job. All carpets looked great! He was in and out.

He performed miracles. Our carpet looked absolutely horrible and nasty and Keith came in and now it looks phenomenal. I thought the carpet was too far gone to do anything with yet he made it look brand new. I don't know how he did he. He was very friendly and really takes pride in his work. Will be using him any time I need carpets cleaned and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Keith scheduled the appointment at the last minute for me, as the guy I had scheduled with previously via Angie's List never showed up and was unavailable or out of business (I am not sure). Angie's List support found Keith, and he was able to schedule me for the very next day. Which was wonderful because I had moved all my furniture around so as to allow for carpet cleaning. I didn't have to keep the house all upset because he was able to come so quickly. I found Keith to be responsive, flexible, helpful, and very good at carpet cleaning. My carpets look great! He was also very professional, calling me about 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. I was so impressed that I have given his card to my regular house cleaning crew, because they don't do carpets and get asked all the time for recommendations. I would recommend Hometown Carpet Care without reservation. It was great!

We had an emergency (diarrhea on mattress) that absolutely needed attention immediately! Unfortunately it was Sunday morning! Igot on Yelp and started my search. After about five calls with no answers, I came upon Hometown. Boy was I glad I did. I called and got a quick answer. Keith and his family were getting ready to go to church and he was so generous to rearrange his schedule and come to our rescue. He made it to the house in about an hour and went to work. He was very professional and personable. The mattress was cleaned far above what I thought could be done, I had visions of going mattress shopping - yuck! Keith charged me an even $100, which I thought was less than expected due to the day and time. I will refer Keith to family, friends and he's going to be the first call I make when the carpets need cleaning.

Simply best!!!. I have used Keith's services many times before. Had to leave the house for a short time left the house open. Keith knew he could come in and start. Keith is the most professional and contentious person I've dealt with. After he clean the carpet he rake every where he's cleaned! 25 year old carpet looks like new! Have try others. Would never call anyone else! Call him you won't be disappointed. Period....
