+ -1 moreThe appliances were delivered on time. The stove had been converted to Propane just as I requested. The men who delivered the appliances set everything up in a timely maner and even showed me where the air filter went in the refridgerator. I am very happy with the new appliances. I chose a stove that was in the scratch and dent section to save a little money. The refridgerator and microwave were from the regular price section. I am very thankful to the salesman for suggesting changing that one cabinet. Our kitchen was built with custom cabinets and I hated to have to change everything to get the refridgerator that we needed.
Description of Work: We had been shopping around for a refridgerator for years. The one we had was a 18 cubic ft. and was too small for our family of five. The problem was the area for the refridgerator was only 32 X 66 inches and did not fit anything except the size we had. The salesman suggested cutting back the cabinet above and referred us to someone that did that type of work. Problem solved. We ended up with a bigger refidgerator which was better suited for our family. We also bought a stove and microwave. The salesman suggested which models the handles would match. I hadn't even thought about that. I now love our kitchen.

+ 0 moreHook-up was free. While hooking up to gas line, the service tech noticed a crack in the pressure regulator. He replaced it same day within an hour so we didn't have to be without a stove for the weekend. All in all, the two service techs did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and competent.
Description of Work: A new stove was delivered and we were charged for gas flex connector and delivery.

+ -1 moreAfter researching top load washers, we began looking for a store to make our purchase. Amber N. at Elders proved to be the catalyst for our decision to buy there. Amber is knowledgeable, professional and not pushy! We ultimately decided to purchase a dryer also as our dryer was pushing the 20 year mark and getting and quot;fussyand quot;. Elders prices were among the best. We will definitely shop there again as needed. Angie's List shows the Elders address as Chicago Drive.....they are not there! Their address is 3001 28th Street SW, Grandville (formerly Franks Nursery).
Description of Work: Purchased top loader HE washer and dryer.

+ -1 moreElders did quite a good job in resolving the problem I was having. I remember they showed up on time and did not waste any time. I liked the fact I was charged fairly and I liked the fact they were able to take care of the problem right away for me. I appreciated that.
Description of Work: Elders fixed the leaky dishwasher in my 1500 square foot home. The dishwasher was expelling liquid onto my floor. They fixed the problem by replacing a part.
