Aardvark identified the ant species and performed a single treatment with good results. I wanted a pest control company that did not require a contract and Aardvark delivered that.

Went well. Man was very informative and explained everything well. Did first outdoor treatment and after a week and a half we are not seeing anymore ants in the house.

They came out and sprayed first, it worked but for only about two weeks. They were happy to come back and put bait down, which seems to have taken care of the issue. They are very responsive and came out right away. They honored the warranty, and did not charge me any extra.

I met with Chuck for a pest inspection. He was prompt and professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the low pressure approach and he was honest in his assessment and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I would definitely recommend Aardvark Pest Management, thanks Chuck!

Chuck came to inspect and give us an estimate. He told us how to do it ourselves if we wanted, and if we hired Aardvark, what they would do and what we needed to do to prepare. The first available date for spraying was 2 weeks later. Chris arrived 5 minutes early, carefully explained what he would do, and what followup we needed to do after he left. He was very thorough in his spraying, left a detailed note about which chemicals he used and how much of each, and where he found dead bugs after treating. Aardvark was very professional in every way. Hopefully we will not have to have them return for this again, but if necessary, they are the ones I would call.

While I didn't have services performed due to my particular situation, I wanted to thank Aardvark for calling me back so quickly and talking with me on the phone. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn't need or that would not have been effective - again, for my particular situation. If I do have a different pest issue in the future, I'll be sure to give them a call.

We were infested with carpenter ants inside and outside of our house. We contracted with Aardvark Pest Managment to eliminate this infestation. The service provider spent a great deal of time with us explaining what needed to be done, what we did not need and made a few suggestions. We expressed a conern about the airborn safety with treating our interior due to allergies. The service technician opted to use a gel instead of spray to treat the areas of concern. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, understanding our concerns and results of the service. We are completely rid of ants, inside and out. We have not seen one since our initial treatment. We were also pleased with our quoted price.

It is New Years and we haven't seen any Flying Ants inside this year (so far). We did see two (2) ladybugs, but won't know if it really worked until spring. I'll update this spring.

I am soo pleased with this service!! We just purchased a fixer-upper home that had been sitting around awhile- creating a nice home to some pesty bugs, bees and a mouse. They were quick, polite and prompt in helping us get rid of these unwanted house dwellers. 24 hours later both wasps and bees that lived in our aluminum siding were long gone- a dead mouse trapped in a trap and some lil buggies who didn't quite make it. The gentlemen who came kept in contact with us while he did the job and let us know what he found. I would reccomend this company to anyone hands down .

It went well. The exterminator suited up in a bee suit, donned a backpack tank and sprayer and began to spray the hornet's nest. As he sprayed, he also probed the nest with the 8 foot sprayer apparatus and tore the nest apart. It contained three layers of eggs and the hornets began falling out of the nest by the hundreds. I was amazed to notice that not one hornet landed or attacked him. He did a thorough job of spraying and tearing the nest up so that there was nothing for the hornets that were away from the nest to return to. All in all, the exterminator was professional, thorough, amicable and helpful. I felt the price for services was a fair price based upon calls for estimates to other extermination companies. They also had a $10 off coupon listed on Angie's List which I used to bring the original $118 price down to $108. I have the company scheduled to come out today (08/03/14) to give me an estimate for treating some carpenter ants I believe have made a nest in my chimney area.

It was better than expected. When I was told there would be little or no odor, that was true. The thing I like most is there is no inside extermination except for the very first visit. We had to vacant for the first treatment for a couple hours. Upon returning home, I didn't smell any odor that resembled or appeared as if any chemicals had been used. Not only did we never see earwigs in the house, but even outside, there were no bugs, or spiders near the house! Whatever they use, stops everything before they can get inside or close. This is the best extermination service I've ever used. The price is reasonable, too!

Great! Charlie came out right away. We had a fall ant problem and he fit us in the schedule immediately. They've been servicing the house ever since and we've had zero problems. The cost was for a full year's service (I think it was 9 treatments, but I don't exactly remember). The people are friendly and they now call us beforehand to let us know they will be at the house.

Overall my wife and I were very happy with Aardvark Pest Management and would use them again in the future. We had a problem with spiders last summer, and when we started to find them in the house by early April this year, we decided to have the house sprayed. I used Angie's List and found Aardvark Pest Management, which was listed with an "A" rating. Initially we only intended to spray for spiders, however after the receptionist offered their "10 bug" spray option for only $22 more, we thought it over and decided to go with that instead. I asked Aardvark to call me 20 minutes prior to arriving, and they did just that. The owner Chuck actually performed the service and was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the process. Chuck explained their monthly (exterior) spray program as well, but at no time did he attempt to pressure me into anything. Aardvark sprayed our house fairly recently, but so far we have had no insect issues! Chuck also gave an Angie's List discount, which saved us $10.00... Bringing the total cost to $175.00. Our home is a 2 story, with a 2 stall attached garage, which was built within the past 3 years.

They were quick, very professional and took care of the problem.

guess my biggest concern was that when I called the person I talked to didn't seem to care that the bugs were still there and was questioning if I really wanted them to come back or give it more time. Their work and workmanship was fine and the bugs left after the second spray. I will most likely use them again

We recently purchased a house, and our inspector found signs of powder post beetles in the basement. We called in Aardvark after reading the reviews here. The owner came to our house, inspected the basement, and gave us a free quote. We had a lot of things going on with the move, so we didn't contact them again to act on the quote for another month. There was no sales pressure at all, and everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional. When they came to spray, they explained everything first. They sprayed the basement and used the extra for the crawl space free of charge, all in under an hour. We got an Angie's List discount and a discount for paying by check. The whole process was simple - I would definitely use them again.

Very well...we still get an occasional 1-2 bees in the house on warm days but none are seen outside. We hope that the issue will continue to improve to where there are no more.

The service tech put on his bees suit and the chemicals in two went to the place where the bees nest was. He sprayed the chemicals at the entrance of the nest, needless to say it was very lively when he was spraying. He also sprayed on the siding to prevent more bees to come in. Lots of bees flying for a while, the next day there was no bees in sight, good job.

Chuck is the owner and comes out to spray the inside of our home for spiders once or twice a year. Another gentleman also comes once a month to do the exterior. We live in a old home and he does a great job keeping the spiders at bay. He's very professional and easy to talk to. We haven't had any bug/spider problems since we started using Aardvark. I'd also like to add that Chuck's office staff is very helpful and accommodating with scheduling service calls.

We called them up, they came and gave an estimate, we agreed to the service plan, and they will show up 6 times during the summer to spray.

The service cost me moe than I was quoted. The serviceman even said I could cancel, but I declined. I am getting my house ready to sell and need it to be pest free. The serviceman was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Too bad the owner was deceptive about the cost.

Our insect populations, including carpenter ants, was greatly reduced. We have seen no mice or traces of them since bait was set out.

A representative came out the same afternoon we called. He removed a wasp hive and examined remains of some nice nests. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The phone representative was also very helpful and gave good advice. After experiencing both end of their service, I'd recommend them highly.

After the gentleman was here, we decided to continue their outside pest control service on a monthly basis. There was absolutely no pressure from them on our choosing to continue this service. Very nice people to deal with. Very pleased with his explanation of the chemicals that would be used and instructions to be away from the house for a few hours. I can highly recommend this company!
