carpet installation
+ -1 moreThe sales people in the store were very professional and they had a wide variety of carpet to choose from. The problem that we ran into was with the installers. They were not very professional at all. They played their music rather loud and could have done a little better job. I would have to give the installers a C as far as grading their professionalism went but I would give definitely give the store an A+ across the board. I think that I would use this company again however I would request different installers. I am really not too sure on the price as the whole basement cost us several thousand dollars to repair.
Description of Work: We had them install carpet throughout our family room and two offices in the basement after we had a flood.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT ON TIME WITH THE CARPET, AND THEY GOT STARTED ON THE FLOORS RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE THEY DID THEIR JOB. ALSO DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AT KEEPING MY HOUSE CLEANED UP WHILE THEY WORKED.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT CARPET, AND HAD IT INSTALLED IN THREE ROOMS IN MY HOME.

+ -1 moreI GOT A 25 YEAR GUARANTEE ON THE FLOOR. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD AND SO GOOD THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN TWO DAYS. THEY CAME BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND WE GOT ALONG REALLY WELL EVEN THOUGH WE WERE IN EACH OTHERS WAYS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE LAMINATE FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN.
