Description of Work: Installed 11 replacement windows and 1patio door. The 2 guys that did the work were punctual,courteous and efficient. The weather was cold and rainy but they worked steadily despite the conditions. They cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, there was 1 window that was a miss-measure-no fault of the installers. Someone, other than me will have to absorb that cost. The windows are beautiful and make my house look 20 years newer!!!

We had originally been told that our window frames did not contain lead paint, and they quickly confirmed that this was not true. So we made sure to get the kiddos out of the way. We would recommend them to anyone else.
Description of Work: We had some new windows installed in our dining room and front porch. It required getting rid of lead paint in those areas and a bit of framing before they were installed.

They were leaking air, my heating and electric bills were higher than they should be so I hired Window World of West Michigan to replace my house full of windows with beautiful high quality glass and frame windows. Easy to clean inside and out! It was done in a timely manner, my heating and air conditioning bills are reasonable now, I had a seal on one of the windows go bad 9 years later and they happily ordered me a new one and came out and replaced the old one two weeks later. I couldn't be happier with Window World of West Michigan!
Description of Work: I am a savvy buyer! I want a good, fair price without sacrificing quality. I prefer to shop from a merchant who has offices in my area. I also seek out businesses who are honest, ethical, who do superior workmanship. I found all that and more in Window World of West Michigan. I ask a lot of questions and Aileen happily answered them all. I had my windows installed 9 years ago and my most recent contact with Window World of West Michigan was two weeks ago. I noticed the seal in one of my windows went bad after 9 years. I called Window World of West Michigan, explained the situation to Aileen and she cheerfully said she would get me a replacement window absolutely free because they have a lifetime warranty. I didn't have any of my paperwork but it didn't matter because she had it all! Sure enough, two weeks later she stopped out, installed the replacement window for me and it's as good as ever. It was painless, stress free and all I can say is you can spend your money with these people because they are the real deal. When they say they're gonna do something they do it. Their friendly, really nice workmanship and they seem like they really care because they really do care. I could sense it....thanks again for a wonderful experience!

+ -1 moreThey were very good. The salesman made a mistake in the order, as we only wanted crank out windows in the far left and far right panels, but they did more than they had to and didn't charge us.
Description of Work: They installed six regular windows and two crank-out windows. They also replaced a four panel bay window in the living room.

The installers were on time and did their work quickly. The windows were installed beautifully and include a double lifetime warranty. (our life, and, should we sell the house, the warranty can be transferred over to the new owners.) Overall I was very happy with their service.

+ -1 moreSales rep came to my house, said he would not be pushy but simply wanted to provide information about the company and the windows, would give me a definite non-negotiable price, and that i could simply respond with a yes or a no. He did exactly what he said he'd do. I was relieved and grateful, since in the past I allowed to real jerks into my house, from a window replacement company, to give me a 2 hour aggressive sales-pitch. The windows were installed less than 3 weeks later- a great job! The installers made sure to lay tarps on my floors wherever they went. There was no mess left anywhere. I plan to call this company again, when I'm financially ready to replace two large bay windows.

We found that Window World had some excellent reviews so we decided to use them. We are really glad we did. They were professional, courteous, and responsive to all our questions. Our windows look great and the price was within the range we thought it would be.
