Description of Work: Wow...emailed company and got a phone call. Rep said a minimum of 4 windows...we said, ok, we could do that. Mind you I originally told them 2. Had no idea that our windows were actually 2 windows butted up and so one room had 4 windows. Anyhow...she said the rep had availability on friday a.m. I told her not good, needed evening. Said he would contact us..HE NEVER DID! So who knows what this company is like. Too bad. For both of us.

Description of Work: We had found this company on Angie's list and decided to set up an appointment for an estimate. the salesman was friendly, courteous, and answered every question we had. Not pushy or rude. Brought in a demo window so we could see just what we were getting. Wanted to get other estimates, but I knew that this was just what we wanted.They put in 17 windows including a three seasons porch (which because of the windows, is now a four season porch). The installers were profession, clean (put drop cloths downs) and picked up every last scrape. I tried to keep my two dogs away, but sometimes they were in their way. They were very nice and worked around them.Put all windows in one day. Amazing. The lifetime warranty also sold me. They also have a backup plan that Good house keeping will take over the warranty if the company might go under. I don't think that will happen, because they are the best.
