Service was excellent. Staff greeted us as we entered the store and assisted us promptly with the products available.

The staff was professional and informative. The showroom provided good examples of the many options available. Delivery was delayed about 1 week and installer had to re-schedule due to other jobs. Paint finish on 4 doors had problems, however, Williams replaced them promptly.

With Amber's assistance, I chose cabinets and a sink that will be installed by Ted Perkins when he begins our bathroom remodeling project in late October.

Stopped by during lunch hour. I did not have an appointment, just some scribbled measurements. I left with a detail quote along with drawing of our new kitchen layout. Very pleased.

They did a good job of organizing the job and priced it well, but once the installers contacted us Williams disappeared: no follow up. The installers did a fine job, however.

Williams is great on pricing...but a bit backed up sometimes. So if time is an issue, let them know right away. Some items were shipped with damage and took 3 weeks to replace which backed up progress on the install.

The sales staff were extremely helpful. They found our replacement parts and had the plumbing items we needed in stock.

Very helpful in explaining differences between brands and between various fixtures. This was really important to us when beginning to plan for a bathroom re-do for barrier-free bathroom makeover

We were very pleased with the help we received with ordering faucets. They had everything we wanted. Great quality and service. We definitely will use them again . Our new bathroom fan is so quiet you can,t here it .

We went to Williams to attempt to match cabinets in my daughter's kitchen. They didn't have have what we were looking for, but we did notice they had cabinets that matched some we had seen at Lowes, and were considering for our bathroom. These were previously display cabinets, so basically used ones. We checked on our smart phone and found that the price at Lowes, for the over the toilet cabinet, was $20. less for a brand new one. The vanity was about $69 less at Lowes.

Visited the store and talked to a very professional, thorough and knowledgeable Sales Consultant. They answered all our questions to our satisfaction and they were not pushy at all. Very accommodating to work within our budget and had many good ideas. We would definitely utilize their services should we decide to go ahead with the kitchen remodeling.

I left feeling that my project was unimportant . I can understand appointment scheduling and I did not have one and she still helped me, but I wish she had turned me over to another designer to answer my questions when she had to take care of the other customer. To not hear anything for a week is unacceptable to me - it may be normal for the industry, but if so, I was not informed.

I worked with Mike Polika and Laura McCarmer. Both were friendly and professional. Williams has 2 beautiful showrooms for lots of ideas. It is a good idea to have in mind a budget that you are working within. Mike worked hard to find what we wanted at a price we could afford, and worked out a nice finished design with us. The finished cabinets and countertops are very nice. My phone calls were returned quickly, and questions answered completely.

Long process start to finish about 5 months. We are still working with Williams to get the right dishwasher panel though. Did not realize how patient you need to be when started this. Be aware everything WILL take longer then you want. I learned that You must have complete trust in who you are working with or the processes will drive you crazy! I worked with Sherrie S. @ the 29th street location. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my dreams come true! I went to HD, Lowes, Menards, Plainfield Lumber, Standard Kitchens and they all quoted me more money then was quoted by Williams. The quality of my kitchen cabients and features are usually found only on custom but they pulled it off. I went with Homecrest on Sherrie's recommendation based on the look, features, and options I was looking for. We did run into a snag with the original contractor I picked through Williams when project started , he was very unreliable! Did not trust his judgement. My concerns were NOT swept under the rug, Sherrie found me a new contractor Dan/Dave(Nu Concepts) to fix all the concerns and I could not have been more pleased. Those guys are amazing! I purchased my sink at Williams too since it was a apron front, very happy with that too.

Everything turned out beautiful.

They had a good design team and a good product.

She gave some wonderful ideas and all put together, looks great. She utilized the entire kitchen area very well. I liked her services a lot and will use the same in future.

After investing nearly a full day to get the items selected, initial plan sketched and request the estimate it took several days and more than one call by us to get the estimate. Despite giving them a green light to come measure and move ahead, we got no response. After two calls and an email I refused to chase them down. Since this was more than $3000 worth of work I would have expected them to follow through. Apparently it wasn't enought for them to want to do more than generate the office estimate. Since we had to beat the estimate out of them, I'm glad we choose not to chase them for the actual work. I can't imagine how bad it would have been. For a significantly over priced high end store they don't have a clue on service and follow through.
