They gave me an estimated time to pick up the piano when I made the reservation. They called at the expected time and were at the house in 15 minutes. All went well with special care not to bump the walls or mark the floors. The piano was delivered within an hour and took less than 5 minutes to move it into our daughter's home placing it right where she wanted it.

I was in the market for a used piano; they didn't have what I wanted on hand, but the rep was very friendly and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining and showing me important differences in quality and construction to look for. Very helpful.

Same day service due to a cancellation in my area. Came an hour early. Very careful moving piano to and from locations with lots of stairs. My only semi-complaint is they did not wear shoe coverings in the house or protect the tile/wood floors with blankets. They did put blankets on the carpet though. Great work overall.

From start to finish this company was top-notch. Excellent customer service and delivery personnel. I was very impressed with the care and expertise shown by the delivery men. They were very careful bringing in and setting a rather large grand piano, even taking care around a tight bend in a hallway while moving it. They were very professional and friendly, even going the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend them!

Lyn Nelson performed the tuning and repair. I am very pleased, he did an excellent job. He had to fix one of the piano pedals, and decided it didn't need to be tuned yet. He also used a part from the middle peddal which is seldom used to fix the pedal. By doing that he saved us money. He's going to go back in April and tune it. He was very honest and tried to solve the problem without overcharging us. I hadn't gotten a bill, and I called him, and he said he wasn't going to charge us until he tuned the piano.
