He was courteous, well spoken and quick to get the job done.

I bought the desired two lights for the new installation and also new LED light for the peak of the Garage. Brad came out and looked at what needed to be done and quoted me an approximate price. I OK'ed that and he started work. Was completed in appropriate amount of time and work was done well. It helped that I had the fixtures that I wanted installed ready to go. He still owes me a quote for UPS generator installation.

Great service at a reasonable price

It went well. They delivered as promised. Made suggestions for add'l improvements w/out pressure. We scheduled some of these services at a later date. Very happy w/service and response time.

Brad was a little late the first day (30-40 minutes or so), but was right on the promised time on day 2. I watched a lot of the work myself so that I could hopefully pick up some tips for the future. Brad is extremely pleasant to work with, and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have. He can do most of that while working at full speed, which is an acquired talent. He managed to get wire run through 3 studs while only putting a hole the size of a deck of cards in the drywall. Downstairs, I didn't articulate my work order very clearly the first time through, and asked him to do a couple additional things out of sequence as a result. He was very patient with me and actually had to redo a couple pieces of work as a result of my poor upfront planning. He was very accomodating of my constantly changing request, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a really positive experience. Punctuality (while not perfect) was still better than average. Service, professionalism and price were great. I don't think that home audio is Webb Electric's forte (I had to provide HDMI cables, etc), but I would definitely bring them back to do more work in the future.

Brad and Ray arrived on time, expertly completed the upgrade and 220 line in approximately 6 hours, and cleaned all areas before they finished and departed. These guys are amazing in their ability to work together with combined experise to accomplish the finished goal for a fair price. They were courteous, friendly and competent in performing their work. I would hire them again for any electrical work we may need in the future.

Brad sent his employee Ray, who arrived early. Very friendly and personable. Ray figured out how to run a line for GFGI up from the basement and added an outlet in a wall being reconstructed. He split a breaker into two circuits for the new wiring (my terminology may be off). Knowing that I like to know what's going on, Ray explained the missteps made by another party who'd attempted to run the wiring. He was very fast and efficient, git 'er done.

Webb is thorough, confident, and quick. I call or email and they respond right away. Their clean up is great, the last thing they did was run through the house with a dust pan and broom and swept everything up.

I contacted Brad on an emergency basis when my old panel had a major problem and was a fire hazard. He responded to my call very quickly, quoted a very competitive price, and was at my house doing the work within 24 hours. He completed the job in less than one day and was a complete pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Brad to anybody and will use him again in the future should the need arise.

Brad was very accomodating, and came out very quickly after I contacted him. He was friendly, professional, and unhooked my old dryer, capping the gas line, and moved the new one into place, all after installing the new electrical line. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

From the very first phone call inquiring about service, Brad, the owner, was very responsive and readily available. He worked within my schedule which had to be arranged around the cement workers so that everything (visit 2) would be finished in one day. He mailed the estimate right after the first visit and I paid that agreed upon price. Follow-up work was also completed in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. He also answered all of my questions about why the recommended course of action would be best for fixing my issues.

Brad determined that the ground was missing. Other factors: older house, some knob-and-tube wiring, some new construction/Romex. He figured out how to use existing unconnected wiring to create a new ground, and he described that and drew a picture for me. I have had two other fellows assess the problem, and neither one could solve it. Now I have ceiling fans and lights in my office and bedroom, and can use the outlets again. I'll invite him back for additional wiring retrofits.

Repairman wasn't sure he could make it the same day I called but came anyway. Very personable and efficient service.

Brad Webb is prompt, polite and a real "can-do" guy. I plan to call him for all of my future electrical repair needs.

I've had two experiences with them. The same guy has come out both times and he was very helpful. He wanted to know if there was anything else he could help with and I had him look at my bathroom sink. He didn't fix it, but he was able to tell me what the problem was. He was a really nice guy. They bill you for the service. I will absolutely use him again.

I was delighted with Webb Electric's prompt arrival. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the problem ( a non resettable breaker ) and replaced the malfunctioning part. Also noted some issues which we already suspected and will be sending a proposal for possible future upgrades. Note: We are very happy with the work!

I don't know if I was just lucky or if it is common practice, but an electrician was sent within an hour of my call. It felt great knowing this annoying problem had a simple fix. He checked the circuits, double checked to see that the replacement worked and was finished in less than 20 minutes.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND HAD OUR ELECTRICAL ISSUE FIXED PROMPTLY, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR FOR THE QUALITY SERVICE THEY PROVIDED.
