They came in on budget, they helped with getting federal and consumers power credits for our new lighting. Brad is very custumer service orientated as well as a wonderful master electrician.

Webb Electric has done several projects for me over the past year or two. They do excellent work, especially in working with me as a DIYer helping me to keep everything according to code. They are fast and efficient and show up when they say they will. Sometimes can take a little while to get on the schedule as they are much in demand, but it's worth it for the peace of mind. They also go above and beyond when needed. Last winter I was tired of power outages so called them to wire a transfer switch. Brad came out that day and even lent me his generator till I could buy one. Webb is not the cheapest electrician but neither are they exorbitant. They definitely provide good value for the cost. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Left two messages with details, asking to have an estimate. My calls were never returned. Very disappointed as he has such good reviews.

Ray came for the appointment. He actually diagnosed the problem for the most part over the phone when I first called. He figured out the problem and fixed it in no time (the post light in the yard was the culprit). He was personable, professional and I couldn't beat the price. Without a doubt, the most satisfying experience I have ever had with a service provider. I would give A+ if I could.

Electrician Ray AWESOME!!!!! Our garage GFI was hit by the storm. He replaced that, fixed my favorite bath fixture which I thought was doomed, switched out 2 ceiling lights, replaced dimmer switch, repaired a noisy bath fan and provided an hour of entertainment. Super nice, cleaned up, very inexpensive. We will have him back to replace bath fan and more ceiling lights. A1 company!!!

I called Brad at about 9 a.m. after Consumers Energy notified me by phone that a service crew found no fault with their infrastructure in our home's partial power issue - only three circuits in the house were working, the rest were out or flickering lights. He came almost immediately, about 20 minutes after my call, to come investigate. He was very methodical in his inspection of the home's electrical systems, testing the service box, meter, and connections coming in from the drop from the alley when he discovered the problem. He informed me that the connection actually did fall under Consumers' area of responsibility and gave me the option to either call them out or to have him replace it. I chose to have him do the work, since Consumers had already missed the issue once. He made a brief, less than 10-minute, trip back to his shop to get the approprate connectors, came back and promptly installed them and had the house back to full power. He was pleasant and professional during the course of his visit. He informed me why and how the previous connectors were poorly installed. He also pointed out a broken out part of our roof along the edge near where he was working that I wasn't aware of, which I will address with the help of a roofer or handyman in the future. I was grateful for him pointing it out. He also suggested some actions to improve the moisture resistance of our outdoor electrical infrastructure and suggested we also have ground rods installed. He didn't urge them to be installed during the same visit and asked me to email him if I was interested in a quote. There wasn't any sales pressure. From the time I placed my call to the time the work was complete and power restored it only took about an hour and 15 minutes. That's extremely fast and I couldn't have dreamt of having Consumers there to address the issue that quickly. It was well worth the small fee he charged for his work. I'd happily call on his services in the future.

Arrived shortly after 8:00 am and went right to work.Was done in a little over 2 hours. Trained me on how to use.

Will definitely being calling Webb again soon for more work that needs to be done!

Webb Electric has done a ton of work for us on our historic home. They have tackled major projects (wiring three brand new baths and 25+ new outlets) and have also been willing to help us with small projects like installing this kitchen heater. They are always prompt, professional, and fair. I would recommend them without reservation.

Our house was built in the 50's and has had electrical issues throughout the house, Brad has been wonderful with all of our Electric needs since we've moved in a couple years ago. They are on time, honest, and have left the house better than it looked before.....I will use their services on any future electrical service.

My "new" bedroom is in reclaimed attic space so after a very determined effort by the electrician, we decided that to get light into the far end of the room, wiremold would be the best course of action and so we decided to leave that project for another day. The electrician then installed a larger light fixture in place of the original fixture that was in the ceiling. That was a pretty simple and straightforward project. The trickier project was to install a 4 foot fluorescent fixture in the closet where there had never been any electrical wiring. I was absolutely amazed and impressed with the way the electrician was able to accomplish all this. At first I thought the light fixture was going to be too large, but it turned out to be just perfect. I had to leave the house for a short time while the electrician was there. When I came back, I found him on his hand and knees cleaning the debris left from the job. He was determined to leave my room in better shape than when he came into it. I was so delighted. I have found an electrician for life!!!

It went really well! Ray came over, removed the old fixtures, unpacked and hung the new ones. He did a professional job and the lights look fantastic! We have worked with Webb Electric a lot since August at our house and our daughter's house. They have been really helpful, and efficient! We will always call Webb for our electrical work in the future and recommend them to everybody. Ray and Brad did a great job each time they worked on either of the houses, putting our safety first.

Ray showed up on time. looked at worked to be done. It was simple and straight forward. Ray a good job. I think they charged me too much for work. I will use them in future but will try and negotiate before hand.

We purchased a 100 year old home with an incredibly unsafe electrical system. Our friends referred us to Brad and I'm so glad they did. He was easy to talk to, prompt, professional and I actually feel safe now sleeping in our home knowing that he fixed so many of our issues. We'll have many ongoing electrical projects so I'm glad to know we have a reliable electrician that we can trust and know will do a great job.

It went great! We had an unexpected mishap during a driveway renovation, and Webb came out immediately to fix our wires. The wires had been accidentally dug up and were in dire need of being replaced! Webb got it done. Fantastic service and professional work!!

It took a while for Brad to get back to me on scheduling an appointment, but once I contacted him again (a month later) he schedule Ray to come out the next day. Ray was early and did a great job fixing the problem. I have them quoting another project for me.

Both Brad and Ray are top quality electricians in my view. They were punctual, professional, worked fast.. and I could tell in the first minute they know what they're doing. Their experience was evident to me. I am very happy with the work they did and wish I would have done it all years earlier.

He was very professional and got right to work. He was able to determine that the light switch wasn't bad. Instead, the transformer in my light fixture had failed. I replaced the light fixture and everything works great! The invoice and an estimate for the outside outlets came promptly in the mail. I was very impressed and will definitely use this service again.

Brad Webb called ahead of the appointment to let me know they were on their way and showed up right on time. The service was provided efficiently with two people working closely together in my kitchen. I enjoyed conversing with them and learning about the installation. All counters were appropriately protected during the process and my house was left in great condition when they were finished. Overall, this was an excellent service appointment and I would not hesitate to use Webb Electric again.

I contacted Webb Electric multiple times via email to obtain a quote. They never contacted me back! I decided to use Vander Hyde Electric and they did a super job!

I've had Brad and Ray from Webb Electric out on several occasions performing various work. I don't plan on hiring anyone else for electrical work on my properties, they do great work and take pictures before they fix to show what is being repaired. I think they have been through every part of my building from the root cellar to the attic, and even 30 feet up on a lift outside pulling and running new wire.

It was great. They were booking appointments 3 weeks out but said that they would call if a time opened up. Two days later they called. They arrived promptly. He assessed the problem and then repaired it. I feel the price he charged was fair for the time and work done.

Webb Electric were professional and punctual. They came to quote within 30 minutes of me calling. The job was done quickly and cleanly. Would recommend them and use them again.
