Master bathroom shower looks like new. Installers were prompt, professional and personable. My salesperson Sarah was excellent.

They were terrible and we were not satisfied with the work. I can't even get the door open and they won't come out. They sent me a letter that said the statute of limitations expired after a year, but we were in Florida all year. I called them one day after it expired. They had come out to look at it and they really messed it up. There were pieces of glass sticking out, they caulked around it all over the granite, they cracked tiles, the door won't open and they did a horrible job. The guy came out to look at it and he said I was picking. I had other people look at it and they said the job was unacceptable. They were rude, wouldn't cooperate and had no compassion. The two workers were nice, but they were following orders. One day they came out and I thought they were coming out to fix everything, but they spent about a half an hour doing something and left. Whatever they did didn't work. We should have sued them, but we go to Florida half the year.

I went into their showroom, took the coffee table top (that wasn't broken) and had them match the style of the old with the new glass they helped me pick out. A week or so later they called me and said they had the glass ready. I dropped by picked it up and been happy with them on my tables ever since.

THE PRICES THAT THEY HAD WERE VERY FAIR. THEY WERE A VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THE FINISHED THE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT.
