+ 1 moreCarpet went fine, hardwood not so much. Only after emailing Dave were some of the issues addressed so that the floor is now live-able. Initially had problems with 3 out of 4 transitions that were ultimately corrected. Aesthetically however, the floor is unacceptable, many instances of cross bridges under 3-4 inches (3 where less than 2). Manufacturer installation instructions say “must be at least 6 inches”. I went with this company due to other favorable reviews despite them being more expensive than competitors. Unfortunately you do NOT get what you pay for. My concerns were also initially dismissed as being “just aesthetic”. If you want to pay premium pricing for new floors to be not aesthetic, verhey is your company.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THEY HAD COVERED ONE OF THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ON THE FLOOR, SO WHEN I CALLED THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED NEW CARPETS IN MY LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, HALLWAY, AND ON THE STAIRCASE.
