They do a great job!

I contacted Twin Lakes Nursery in order to get a quote from them for landscaping, a retaining wall, grass, and drain tile as we just finished building our home. My initial phone conversation went okay aside from the fact that they tried to get me to go elsewhere for drain tile before they even came out to our home. They also told me that they were booked quite a few weeks out which was okay with me based on what the quote came back as. At that time, we setup an appointment for them to come out and give us estimates on our home. A week later on the day they were supposed to come out to the house to discuss options with us, get measurements of the yard, and all the other items necessary for a good quote, they called me up and said they were not going to come and that I should find service elsewhere. They said due to my time frame, they didn't think they could help me, even though I told them from the beginning that yes, we WOULD like the items to be done by August, but based on cost and other options we were willing to wait...thus setting up the meeting in the first place. I don't have a problem with them being busy, but to not even come out to give us an estimate, or to wait until the day of to call someone and tell them this, was very unprofessional to me. This came as a huge surprise to me based on all of the other great reviews they have received in the past. Hugely disappointed with this company, and I will not be recommending them to anyone looking for yard service. There are far to many quality landscaping companies out there to have to deal with this.

They were on time, did good work and looked professional.

Their price was a little high for the drainage piece but was quite reasonable for the outdoor living space. So we are considering going with them next year for the phase 2 of our job. Matt came out and did the estimate and was super professional. He also took the time to talk through his estimate with us.

They were responsive to my needs. They came on time, did the work, just as I had specified. I really like what they did with my difficult to plan "under a tree" issue.

They did fine and they gave us some good advice. They told what to pull out as far as shrubs and bushes and what to put in there. Since then we have pulled out the shrubs and bushes but we haven't put anything in yet. We have taken his advice. We found that very helpful. We were very satisfied with the price and quality. They were very professional.

Excellent! We do not "gush" about services unless we are really impressed.

I've used them two or three times. They did a fabulous job. They are very personable and answered any and every question that you could think of. I was able to communicate with them by phone and email. One of the trees had a tusk and they referred me to someone else that was better and cheaper than they were. They are really, really good. They came out twice before to trim a Wisteria that hadn't been cared for. They pruned it in February when the weather wasn't that nice. It has blooms now and is beautiful.

It went well. They were consciencious and put the effort in. The lawn didn't take the first time but they kept at it until they got it right.
