Description of Work: Although Thompson was professional, responsive and did quality work, I would not use them again or recommend them to a friend because of the cost. Almost all work is done by sub-contractors, so this adds to the expense. Contracts only show man-hours and the only dollar amount shown is the total. Our original contract was for $40,000, but the project ended up costing $55,000. We did not make significant upgrades or changes. Actually, we cut several upgrades from our original plan. Beware that flooring is not included in your estimate. It is considered a separate charge.

+ 3 moreI REALLY LIKED THE FINISHED PRODUCT. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY REHIRE HIM IF I NEEDED MORE REMODELING DONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FLOORING, CEILING, AND COUNTERTOPS IN OUR KITCHEN. THEY ALSO PUT IN NEW CUPBOARDS.
