Paul was very helpful and bent over backwards to provide what we needed. He explained everything in detail to my wife then waited a few minutes until I got home and explained everything again. The office called to connect with us before and after services to make sure we were informed and happy with their services.

My appointment time was delayed & I had to call twice to make sure I was still on the schedule. That was really my only complaint. They answered my request for service very quickly, the serviceman was friendly & did a good job.

Jim was prompt and very professional. He did everything I asked and even suggested additional services. (one of which I decided to take advantage of [smoke alarm system]. Pricing was pretty good but certainly not cheap! I would definitely think of using them again.

The electrician arrived on time as scheduled and worked until the job was completed, even though it became apparent that more work was needed than was originally scheduled. I will definitely seek help from the same electrician for future projects.

The electrician who showed up spent so much time talking about himself that he didn't assess the job to be done properly. Hence he had to return a week later to finish what really needed to be done. I thought the charge was exorbitant for the work that was actually done.
