The electrician was professional, knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent service and Adam was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained all that needed doing, and worked quickly and efficiently. What I thought was a slow/clogged drain really was a broken pipe, and after Adam fixed things, the drain is running better than it has in many years. I am happy to have found someone I can trust, who I can call for all my plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling needs. I will be calling to have some electrical projects done next.

Very courteous and polite installer who had obviously done many such installs. The results were outstanding and I would use them again in the future.

They were very willing to come out and give me an estimate and do the work. However, If you do have them come to give you an estimate it will cost you $59.00. So be sure you want them to do the job before you call them or you will be out $59.00 just for an estimate.

While to cost of the work was more then I would have thought. Paul, the plumber who came, was good at explaining what he was going to do. He worked with us when it came to pricing. When the work was done he walked me through my house and showed me everything he had done and why he had done it. I would recommend them for any issues you have!

Very professional and do great work. Installed a over the range microwave oven and ran exhaust fan ductwork outdoors to roof. GREAT JOB

The service professional listened to what I wanted, then gave me three different options and prices on how to complete the project. The final project is just what I needed.

the service person was very courteous and knew what he was doing. I was not pleased with the pricing of this company. They give you a good speech about their services at the beginning of their visit but when he finally quoted the price I nearly fell of my chair. It was about $00 to $400 ,more that I had expected. Thy must be making a huge markup on the water heater and they are heavy on the labor. This water heater was for a manufactured home which I know are higher priced, but not this much more. Because of the pricing I would have a difficult time recommending The Service Professor.

Electrician Jake was very professional, informative, patient & thorough. He worked well with our insurance agency. Office staff person who helped schedule the appointment was very very helpful and courteous to my myself and my family.

Jake was absolutely meticulous in his installation of my outlets and cable boxes. The final results were excellent. I thought the cost was higher than it should be, but I would use them again because the results were worth it.
