Professional, excellent service.

I have used the Service Professor two times. I was very pleased both times. This time I had an issue with my heat not turning off in one zone of the house. Tom D. came out very promptly and was able to diagnose several issues I was having and had suspected that I had received faulty work by another company. He wrote up and estimate and helped me obtain financing for this project and completed the work the same day. It was done very professionally and I am very pleased at this point with all that he did. Tom was friendly and personable and very patiently explained every thing to me. I would never hesitate to recommend this company at all. They know their jobs and do it well.

Scott Frain is a professional , knowledgeable about the products being service and personable. Scott checked all the equipment and advise of any problems.. I recommend Scott and ( The Service Professor) to family and friends..

We found it to be a good contact, and as they sell a "home warranty"-like program, (which they discount other services off, so the costs are covered, depending on job size) fee 120$. since we don't have a home warranty and reduces out costs of calling someone out for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. My husband travels exptensively for business, so this is good for me! Work was done until IT WAS RIGHT! No extra hidden charges for follow-up.

Had Donte come out for a PPP evaluation. Very professional and informative. Found out some issues the have to be addressed ASAP since the house wiring is not correct and/or plain old. Can't wait for him to return and start the work to make my home safe again.

Rich W. arrived and knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and completed the work perfectly. I highly recommend him! If you ask for him, you won't be disappointed. Plumbing work is expensive, however, so be ready.

Have used The Service Professor in the past for remodeling my bathroom and plumbing issues and had fantastic service. Joined the service plan and now just had my furnace inspected and was very pleased with the overall experience. My service tech was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful hints and ideas for what we can do in the future to help conserve energy and possible upgrades. He was also very respectful and courteous.
