The technicians were courteous, clean, and very professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job of communicating with my home warranty company to ensure all covered repairs were identified. The work done turned out fantastic!

They were knowledgable efficient friendlly send them ( Donte and Tony when I need more help.

I was SO impressed with Rich! He knew what he was doing and was very honest. I would work with your company any day!

Donte was great. He listened, he recommended solutions, let me choose the options that fit my priorities and budget. Didn't have them do all of the possible work cuz I thought they were too expensive on a couple of solutions. Still spent $1500 on everything...it was okay writing the check... got great value on 80% of the stuff needed. Passed on the other 20%. I liked their business model and they were nice guys..

overall happy price was abit more then i expected

After taking the afternoon off for the appointment, they did not show up. When I called they said it was because of power outages in the area due to a storm. I can understand that, but they should have called and rescheduled so that I did not have to take a second day off! They did waive the service fee after I complained, but then they did not tell the service person who came to do the work that it was waived, so I had to speak up and ask to have it taken off the bill. which he did, no problem. The work itself was done well, worker very pleasant and would use them again.

Roger Swigert was extremely professional, kind and courtious in starting his electrical job assignments. He was also thorough in explaining the importance of updating certain electrical wiring and new product. i would definitely recommend The Service Professor to all my family and friends. Thank Roger Swigert for a hard job well done!

The Service Professor is the first place I call for my home projects. Adam was professional, cleaned up, and sent me a card to thank me for my business. I would recommend this business to my family and friends 100%.

I felt that my service professor plumber was knowledgeable, more than competent, friendly, and did not mind educating me along the way:). I not on would recommend the services to others but we became a member of their program. He were comfortable, listened too, and valued. It was service promoted with quality and a smile:)

We would certainly recommend and refer this company to our friends and family. Their plumber, Adam R., was very professional and respectful.

They rescheduled my appointment 1/2 before the first appointment time after waiting hours for them to arrive. They would not even give me a ball park estimate until they got here. They charge $59 service fee whether you use them or not. I paid $314 to have one new fixture installed and it took about 20 minutes to do. Similar work we have had done by other electricians was 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. Quality of work was very good, but they are way too expensive. I would nto use them again.

Josh was great. Very informative on what he was doing. Fast, professional and courteous.

Dante was very professional and friendly. I think the amount of money I was charged $170 for the work done was a little much. He checked the electrical panel and found a loose wire on the GFI was causing 2 outlets not to work and replaced 1 outlet. That was it!! I was not informed of how much it was going to cost except for the $59 charge. I was having other work done by The Service Professor but I cancelled the job, I want to find someone that won't charge me so much for easy fix jobs.

electrician was very personable and replaced our smoke detectors and put in a surge protector. We ended up spending over $4000.

They did a great job but a little pricey!

Roger was on time, professional, courteous and engaging. The work was performed in a timely manner and he hauled away our debris from the jobsite.
