They aren't the cheapest, but they do a great job. You get what you pay for. I would hire them again. Also their yearly inspection service is a great deal.

I am enrolled in the yearly service maintenance program. Jim was out for the yearly plumbing inspection. Jim was just as friendly as the first time I met him (1 yr ago.) I really enjoyed visiting with him and working with him while he was in my home.

Duante, the electrician, was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. The office, however was evasive. Prior to setting the appointment I asked for a cost range to expect. for replacing a GFCI outlet and repairing a 3 way switch. The office said no way to know until he gets there and by the way it's $59 no matter what. The amount defined by the company for these two projects (which took less than 40 minutes from arrival to departure) turned out to be $315 not counting the $59 show up fee. Had I known that, I may have continued looking. This is not leverage I appreciate. There's more work at my house, I cannot in good conscience ask them to return, but not because of the on site staff, he was superb, it's the business model. I spoke to 5 different individuals setting and confirming and reconfirming the appointment. That tells me there is too much overhead, hence aggressive rate schedule.

Informed me of my options with no pressure. Also explained the other services his company offers [electric, plumbing] without being pushy about it. Service was prompt and professional. Very courteous every time I talked to them. The electrician was very courteous, professional and had good ideas. He worked well into the evening to complete the work. He had good ideas and paid attention to detail. He was a big reason we decided to go with them. I had a quote for a little less (also a quality company) but felt it was worth it to pay a little premium to have the work done promptly.

The service was professional at a fair price and the electrician had good suggestions I had not considered, but he was right so I accepted his suggestions. I also registered for their maintenance plan which is $9.99 a month, half of what I had been paying another HVAC company for a number of years. I would not hesitate to use The Service Professor again and ask for Electrician Tony Burns by name.

Our furnace went out on Saturday night in January and we woke up to a very cold house. I called first thing Sunday morning and we were already third in line with other calls that morning. Although our service man wasn't able to get here until about 4 pm, he did not leave until he had our heat back on. He was cordial and professional and knew his trade well. Will definitely hire them again.

I had Roger S. out for my annual electrical inspection. Roger is a fantastic professional who is very courteous and takes the time to chat with his customers to get to know them. I enjoyed swapping stories with him and learning about his family as well! Best part is they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. No pressure what so ever!! If they see anything they make a recommendation, and leave it at that. Zero pressure. Many times they tell me everything looks great and they see no problems or issues. It's great to know they are not in my home just to sell me something. I appreciate everything!! I have never had a bad experience with The Service Professor technicians or the customer service Dept. I will continue to call them for all my needs, and highly recommend them to both family and friends!!!
