He did a wonderful job.Came here to fix a leak in outside water pvc line and discovered the hot water tank was leaking and ended up fixing both.Good thing he caught before we had a major problem.He was always smiling.He lived up to the name as a service professional. I will call him again if ever a problem.

Definitely Hire

Tom installed a gas line for us as we had decided to switch from electric to gas cooking. He was friendly, professional, took his time to explain everything and was very respectful of our home and our time. We needed his services again once we were installing our gas stove and thought the gas we were smelling was from the gas line he replaced but he came out again to check it and found the issue to be something separate from the work he had done. He was very helpful in correcting that issue for us and getting us up and running with using our new range. Thanks Tom!

Tim was very professional and willing to do everything we asked of him. We needed someone just like him, with the knowledge and skills necessary to bring a very old house up to code.

Overall good service

Brian was very professional in his care of our home. His advice regarding our insurance company was spot on. His work with the toilet was quick, especially with the aid of my young grandson!

Wanted a whole house generator, and from the initial quote from Dan B., to the installation with Tom, who put in the new gas line, to Josh, who installed the generator, service was awesome. Not the cheapest out there, but because of their world of information, great literature to back up everything, and knowledgeable people, I am so glad to have hired them. Wonderful group from customer service, and beyond, and would highly recommend.

Jim was observing electrical needs/issues from the moment he entered my home. He made suggestions but did not pressure me to buy. His work was excellent and exceeded expectations. He went out of us way to assure that my electrical needs would be addressed. I could not have asked for better service and I certainly would call Service Professor again, if needed.
