Excellent communication with repairman. Super job !

The work was very professional. What I didn't like was not getting an itemized bill. And I feel for the time spent working on the project (Replace toilet ring) the charges were to high. There was a $59 trip charge and IF he spent 2 hours working WHICH I DON'T THINK HE DID and he charged $304. that means his labor rate less parts (Ring Pricing $10-12) is more than $112. That said what I disliked mostly was the Pro. taking unauthorized pictures of other things in the house such as the electrical system when he was there to fix the toilet. He spent a lot of time trying to up sell other plumbing.

I hired this company to repair leaking toilet & leaking bathroom faucet. They replaced rubber o- rings on faucet & gasket between toilet & tank. No mention of cost for O-rings & gasket for toilet. Charged me 365.00 for service. Won't be calling them again. Could of bought new toilet & bathroom faucet for that price.

I was shown three quotes. None of the quotes listed labor or parts. They only listed a total. I asked about a better breakdown of the labor and parts and he said that they don't do it that way. It cost me over $500 for about one hour of labor and approximately $50 worth of parts. Their pricing is outrageous and their quotes were very misleading. I would not use this company again.

We hired service professors to fix our ac. Scott did a fantastic job and answered all of our question! We are also using them again to fix a plumbing leak this week. Very happy with their work so far

They did the job I hired them to perform. Compared to other services, knowledge of the tech and customer service were outstanding. Prices were a little higher than I am used too. But prices are disclosed up front and options are provided for the homeowner. No complaints, really.

Very professional and courteous. Found the issue and resolved in very quickly.

I have no idea of it was good value for the money but it wasn't too horrific. We had plumbing and gas work done and Nick was very knowledgeable, coordinated with the city because we needed a new valve for the main, installed new gas shut-off valves and had all needed supplies on his truck.

Prompt - worked hard on investigating the problem - returned all phone calls.

Adam was very polite and courteous. He knew what he was doing and did an excellent job!!

The whole experience from 1st phone call to the repair was Great!! Technician was punctual, friendly, answered all questions, cleaned up after job was done and sent a nice thank-you note after job completed. Will recommend them to anyone!!

Scott the technician did a great job with the initial work. Adam did a fantastic job with the follow up as well when looking at my furnace as well.
