They could have done a better job of cleaning up after the work was done

I called at 1 pm and they were there at 3pm. I knew right when they were coming and had regular texts about my technician, who was polite and provided great service.

Tim was very thorough and transparent about costs. Super knowledgeable and even offered DIY advice for other projects he saw we were working on. Will definitely use them again in the future.

very friendly , explains what they are doing, takes effort to keep things clean while working and cleans up afterword. Only found one little bit of water that I think came out of a hose or water heater when leaving. 2 second clean up

Got ripped off! Paid $600 to reinstall a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal- no new fixtures necessary. It took Adam less than two hours to complete the job!! Never again!!!

Came out the same day I contacted them. Brad was very friendly and professional. Had my furnace running in 15 min. Repair cost was very good I thought. This was the second positive service call I've had with Service Professor. Five stars

Explained our options and did not pressure us into choosing. We were pleased with the prompt service and completed electrical work that was done.

The initial cost I was charged was high given the short time it took for the installer to install 7 ceiling fans, but after talking with the manager (Dan), they refunded me a sizeable portion of the payment to credit me for a quantity buy installation. This then made this a reasonably priced job. Workmanship of installation was excellent and the installer was very professional.

Got here in a timely manner with a estimate up front. I need a new furnace and they will be out weds with a estimate for a new one

The service person was very prompt and friendly but the charges were ridiculous. Was over $300. to change wax ring on toilet and wanted to charge between $700. and over $800. to also change the water fill and stuff in back tank which I did myself as an older woman for $10.00 and 5 minutes. Asked him about doing just because he was in there. If toilet wouldn't have been leaking would have waited and had family change the ring but didnt want to have floor get ruined.

Andrew was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.
