Awesome service...

We are in our 70s, so we might need you to explain a few times. This is exactly what Josh did for us. Walked us thru everything he did and what this company are still going to do for us. Also, like the way they take their time with you. I would use them again and will spread the word on how good they are.

This is a full service company. If you are looking for an electrician to do one specific task then you may want to call someone else. I was happy with the additional work done but larger bill then expected.

Service Professor does multiple services I also hired them for my plumbing and heating needs. The service tech.are all professional. I explain what I need done, and then they let me know how they are doing it if possible so I understand and leave no mess. Thanks

Service Professor was excellent! From the scheduler to the technician it was personable and professional service! He worked really hard to fix my clogged sink and wouldn t give up until it flowed free and clear! Very kind and smart with clear explanations every step! I will use them again as needed! Randal C. Was our electrical technician. He was phenomenal and delivered hands down the best customer service we've ever had with contract work in general. He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. It took a couple days to get the entire service completed but it was done right and with quality service. Also, every interaction on the phone with dispatch and customer service was top notch! From scheduling to completion! We will definitely be using this company for futue work. We also purchased the MVP program. Seems like a good deal for maintanence & service for electrical, plumbing, sewer, HVAC at discounted rates. Thank you Randal at Service Professor. We will be requesting you for future work. Leo was outstanding. Showed how my 20-year old furnace was aging, fixed only what needed to be fixed. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Punctual, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I like the extra care taken with the door mat and shoe booties to keep my premises clean. I would definitely hire them again.
