Jeremy was punctual and informative. He assessed the situation, explained our options, and performed the necessary work to get our refrigerator in working order. I am a new customer with Service Professor, Inc. as of May 2021. In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. This review is being posted especially to praise the exceptional routine service call provided by John Courtney on 10/11/2021. John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. And, after I commented to John about my previous positive interactions with Service Professor, Inc. tradesmen and with customer service staff, John responded by stating he has worked in the heating and cooling trade for 12 years and felt very fortunate, as a newer employee, to be able to work for an organization such as Service Professor that places caring and quality customer service communication among its most important priorities. I hope my comments encourage anyone seeking HVAC, plumbing, or furnace routine service or repair work to not hesitate to contact Service Professor.

Last month I left a not so pleasant review after a technician was again sent to our home to remedy a problem my husband and I had been complaining about regularly for the past two years. Nathan, who came the beginning of the month did the same song and dance. Then didn't follow through, which was our continuing issue. After that visit and waiting for results. I totally gave up any hope of getting proper "service" from Service Professor. I then scheduled what was to be our final furnace inspection near the end of the month so I could cancel our, what I was considering at that point "waste of money" MVP status monthly fee. The last week of September in walks Will Hollis for our intended final service call. Will was friendly, pleasant, informative, professional and above all that HE FOLLOWED THROUGH AND GOT THINGS DONE! He explained everything he did and was trying to do to fix our issues. He also made clear some advantages of staying with the MVP plan that we were not aware of. In one service call that didn't last much over an hour he fixed two of the problems that had been plaguing us for TWO years! They were relatively easy fixes that others didn't bother to try to follow through enough to resolve in the past. Service Professor needs to clone this employee! Due to the professional, above and beyond job Will Hollis did for us, we have decided to stick with you. Do we have complete trust and confidence in the entire company? Well, not yet. However a technician the quality of Will gives us hope and enough confidence to continue having your company service our forever home. Thank you Will for doing that for us! Sincerely, Janice Evans

over all pleased with the service had scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning but they called and because of a call in they would be late. they got here about 12:45 am. Irritated having to wait so long but they did call and explain the situation so can't be to hard on them for someone calling out. Happy with the service provided and at least they called right away(a little after 8am).

Aaron came out as we were inquiring about replacing our smoke detectors. While here, he attached a light fixture globe to our ceiling fan. My husband couldn't figure out how to attach it, so we were grateful it's done. Also, gave us a quote on smoke detector replacement and set up the service for that to be done. Happy with the work that was done!
