She came over within a few hours of my initial call for evaluation. We did a tour, discussed needs and costs. She brought her crew at the appointed time and did a through job on schedule. I felt proud to release my home to the new owners.

I have had my kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer remodeled, with a complete tear out of the kitchen, installation of recessed lighting, ripping out of carpet, refinishing of hardwood floors, repair of dry wall, painting of walls and ceilings, removal of a wall to construct a bar between dining room and living room - the works. When I called Squeaky Clean owner, Pat, to arrange a cleaning, I told her that I had dust and grit and construction grime everywhere. She came to the house to see for herself and to give me an estimate. She examined every room and made cleaning suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. We arranged a Saturday after all of my construction was due to be done, but then the work was completed ahead of schedule so I called Pat and she obliged by coming a week earlier than planned. Pat arrived at my house with 3 other workers a little before 11:00 A.M. and the 4 of them (Pat worked right alongside the others) spent 5 hours on the house, pretty much non-stop. They worked with great efficiency. Pat gave each of the others assignments (Pat did the windows), and off they went! They cleaned everything. I was especially impressed with their cleaning of hardwood floors, that they cleaned Venetian blinds slat-by-slat, and that they pulled every book off shelves (I have a LOT of books), cleaned the books themselves, and the shelves. So, the bottom line is that I am very pleased with the work done by Squeaky Clean. They finished at around 4:00, and the bill was within a few dollars of the estimate given to me by Pat. They were polite, professional, and thorough. I am now living in a clean environment.

I would recommend them highly. They did what they promised and I would have them again.

My experience was really good with the Squeaky Clean team. I was pleased with the in-home estimate, which took place within 24 hours of my first phone call. We scheduled the service for about two weeks later. I felt the owner was in good communication with me before and during the cleaning. The work was done very well, and left my home exactly as we'd agreed during the estimated. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very well, we walked back through together and they happily re-cleaned anything missed.

I enjoyed everything she did for us, but I didn't actually use her services. I chose not to use anyone. She was pretty specific about what I needed to have done. She estimated it would take 3 people 7-8 hours, because I was looking for a deep clean to be done. It included cleaning walls, floors, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a slider window, and I was asking about having them taking things out of the kitchen cabinets, cleaning them, and reorganizing them. This was a deep clean, not just a once a week clean. As far as I remember they would have brought in all the supplies. She seemed like she was really willing to accommodate us on what we needed her to do within reason. When I mentioned the cabinets she said she had done it before, but it was really time consuming, but that they would be willing to do it. She called me back and asked me what I wanted. When I originally called we looked for a time that worked for both of us and she was definitely available. She was great.

They got the job done fast and efficient. They did a good job. Also, they seem to enjoy their job.

The work quality was good. The team varied from week to week and I think this may have slowed the pace of the workers. Hence, I was able to hire another company to perform the same work, same or better quality for less time and significantly less expense.,

I don't know if there are any do or don't with this company. They did what I asked for and did it well. I asked them to come at a specific time and date and they did. I asked to clean certain areas and what was very important to me and they did all I asked. I don't know what else I could say but thank you for such a great job.

Pat (the owner) came over and did a thorough walk through taking note of the areas and tasks that were highest priority for us. She also took notes about our preferences for certain cleaning supplies/methods. She was right on time for this.The estimate included 10 man-hours and the intention was to bring her team of 3 to work together.The team arrived on time in the afternoon as agreed, however a personal emergency took one of the the crew members so there were only two. But the 2 (including the owner) worked very hard and were very thorough. The job ended up taking 13 hours, and they actually finished the next day -- which we agreed upon.Happy with the quality of the work, we agreed to this extra time/day/money. Felt it was worth it. Pat also said if we found anything not done to our satisfaction to let her know and they would come back and re-do. Following this big job, we have made arrangements to have Pat's team come every other week. In recognition of the time overage from the estimate, she was quite gracious and has offered us a very reasonable price for the upcoming general cleanings.I would personally rather pay for a bit more time and a get very complete job than have someone rush through. This was a very good experience.

Bought a groupon for this service, had never had cleaning services prior and was pleasantly surprised. 3 people came for just over 2 hrs and my whole main floor was clean and smelled great! They had a little extra time and even asked what extra I would like done. Brought their own supplies which was nice. Would definitely consider again.

They have cleaned our home for about a year and do a great job. The team that cleans our home is professional, prompt and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them.
